Daydream El Medano Coliving

In the middle of the night I felt that my hand was bitten. I told the staff about this, showed it, but they didn’t change the bed for me. I spent a few more hours in the bed until my whole body was bitten off and then I realized it’s bedbugs, so I left to sleep on the tiny couch in the corridor, very uncomfortable. In the morning I showed the bites to the staff - no compensation or apology. The bites are huge, burn and itch. Definitely not mosquitoes, because there were none. Shocked they didn’t change bed! After I wrote about this situation to the manager he said I never complained about bites!
