Arc House Pop Art

I have been at Arc before but it was in another location, at Sol which wasn't that bad. Unfortunately, Arc Argumosa seems to be a homeless hotel, although the women bedroom is just acceptable. The €5 fee for keeping bags literally on the floor while the customer is out is ridiculous.

My biggest issue is with the locks; the women's bathroom was missing locks in the stalls and the locks on the rooms would glitch and not open. Then there was the lack of communication with the establishment, I was going to be late and communicated it multiple times, did the early check-in, etc. I was told they would send me the codes but they did not. I had to ring for entrance at least seven times.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. This place is a borderline homeless shelter with people that seem to live there. People were in and out of the room all night, sketchy people hanging out near the front door. Lockers don’t lock, even once you’ve put your lock through it? Plus the room door only closed half the time. Hallway smelt like urine. Bunks are also unusually small, like they are meant for children. Do not recommend this place at all but especially for young females.

Just don’t book this hostel. Especially as a female traveller, stay away. The area around the hostel is very shady at night, with drug addicts and homeless people. In the day time it seems ok. Someone said their card suddenly stopped working, so I didn’t trust the system to open the door when there’s no one in the reception. Bad atmosphere, mostly men, some people live here.. I didn’t know before now that 2* is the lowest rating, but it is. I have nothing positive to say. Stay away!

I do not recommend at all. this hostel looks and feels cheap. The only good thing is the dorm had a lot of space. But there was no privacy, no curtain, creaky bed, there was no sheet on bed to cover yourself only an old unwashed blanket. The bathroom and toilets were awful. So small you could barely turn in the shower. It was very dirty. There is no atmosphere and reception is not accessible 10pm-10am. They charge for bag storage Much better hostels elsewhere for similar price

wenn die andere Option die Straße wäre empfehle ich diese seelenlose Unterkunft. glaube aber dass es auch schlimmer gehen könnte. für das verstauen von Taschen zahlt man extra ca5/7€

Didn’t feel safe at all in this place. Maybe it was my problem but it was full of grown men and i didn’t like the atmosphere in this place. The facilities and rooms were really clean tho, there is also ac which is great. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but i changed hostel for the 2nd night cause i couldn’t feel safe here. Maybe don’t come here alone if you are a solo female traveller. Idk if it is always like this but i wouldnt recommend to anyone tbh.

La chica de la recepción es bastante borde al atender, no tiene paciencia. Me dijo que tenia que hacer yo mi Check-in a través de un correo que supuestamente me habían mandado, pero que al final NUNCA llegó y tuve que alzar un poco la voz para hacerla entender que NO ME HABÍA LLEGADO NINGÚN CORREO. Posterior a eso me reenvía el correo y procedo a llenarla. La plataforma no respondía bien, a tal punto que no podía registrarme. No te brindan toallas, en la habitación solo tienes una colc...

De todos los hostales en los que estuve de lejos el peor, baños sucios todo el tiempo, regaderas de menos de 1x1, check in y check out muy ventajosos…. Las camas suenan demasiado no hay ventilación en las habitaciones decoración fea, no recomiendo para nadie, en la cocina no se puede cocinar, el wifi no sirve, vale totalmente la pena pagar otro aunque sea más costoso

At first you can't find this place because no any signs, writings, then you should stay and by yourself the booking and they don't care that you want sleep They don't give lockers for your luggage Also if wanna leave your luggage, you should pay for each bag Also you should live at 10.00- 10.30 They don't give towel, but the price as for hotel Don't have any teapot Showers separately from room Don't recommend

Genial me encanta el dormitorio femenino muy limpio y el personal muy bien recomendable

Odiei os banheiros desse lugar. São chuveiros de cortina no meio do corredor, tomei banhos muito rápidos e só em horários de pouco movimento, pois não me senti muito segura. Mas fica bem próximo de vários museus.

El Hostel muy bien ubicado, la habitación que me tocó con un buen ventanal, climatizada, con lockers. El espacio común siempre prolijo y cómodo. La relación calidad-precio muy bien. Volvería a elegirlo.

Habitación mixta que no me parece mal, entrada hasta las 23 horas, por motivos de trabajo y advirtiendo en recepción que llegaría casi a las 1 e intentaría no hacer nada de ruido, ha sido toda la noche un trasiego de gente escandalosa en la habitación hasta las 7 de la mañana

OK, well located (near to the atocha train station) and also downtown, very affordable, however, sometimes lack of cleanliness, showers for men were not working, they closed them because there was a problem with some leaking in the pipes or something like that, and couldnt shower the last day, bc they closed the shower section for men only, and out of the 2 receptionist, the male one (I think his name was Erick) sometimes was a bit with attitude when you were asking about things, but ok overall

they didnt gave me a blanket. toilets constently got clugged. good location though

I guess it is ok for the price but something I didn't like was the sheets, there was only one of those wool winter blanket that was irritating to the skin. Give proper sheets, it's not that hard!

Pero si le dejas una reseña de top en Google, gratis! Solo hay que visitar las reseñas. Check in a las 15h y check out las 10h! Door to room wouldn't close properly. Mold in showers. No staff available for much of the visit. Missing linens from some of the beds. The room alternated from being so cold that it was difficult to sleep and then so hot that you would wake up sweating. I found a bed bug on my pillow in the middle of the night and took photos. However, since there was no staff on site during the night, I had no one to ask to change rooms. Staff were then unapologetic about the situation the following morning.

Les douches pour hommes étaient pleine de moitié. Facile de confondre avec l'autre Arc House. Les lits était grinçant et peu de place dans la chambre.

Un ostello modesto, ma con tutti i comfort necessari. Zona perfetta per uscire la sera a madrid. Check out alle 10.
