Pesima experiencia, este "hostal" solo está hecho para tomar y lucrar con el turista, no respetan los lineamientos de Hostelworld, cobran lo que quieren, cuando quieren, no tienen personal, ni recepción, ni atienden las llamadas, es muy malo todo, los lockers no sirven, mal barrio y en resumen una pésima experiencia.
Pity experience, this "hostel" is only made to take and profit from the tourist, they do not respect the guidelines of Hostelworld, they charge what they want, when they want, they have no staff, no reception, no answering the calls, it is very bad everything, the lockers do not serve, bad neighborhood and in short a terrible experience.
Absolute disgrace. Very bad security, felt very unsafe. Very unhelpful and unapologetic staff, very difficult hostel to deal with, would rate 0 star if possible, I told other travellers to avoid this hostel at all costs

Arrived after dark, payed online, told them we would be arriving a bit later and got codes for entrance but couldn’t find the place and everything on the street was boarded up except one door that we think was the entrance. Only catch is this door had no key code or anything saying it was boga hostel. Slept at the airport and would recommend that over this place. Basically they took our money and ran. Seeing as we didn’t even stay there would give a 0 if possible.
De los años que llevo usando Hostelword , nunca había llegado a un lugar que la persona que te recibe ni se presente , te trate agresivamente , y te pide que no hagas ruido y cuando le digo que tengo un problema médico y estoy tratando de comunicarme con mi seguro me dice que vaya a hablar a la escalera fuera del hostel, escudándose en que los demás huéspedes deben dormir. La verdad que pague 2 noches pero solo use una. Un lugar a donde nunca volveré.
In the years I've been using Hostelword, I've never been to a place where the person who receives you or shows up, treats you aggressively, and asks you to be quiet and when I tell them I have a medical problem and I'm trying to communicate with my insurance, they tell me to go talk to the stairs outside the hostel, hiding that the other guests must sleep.
Atendimento péssimo, solicitaram o pagamento integral antecipado, eu realizei e simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva por não ter enviado o comprovante por email. Cheguei ao hostel 11 p.m. e, diferente do que é informado aqui, não há recepção 24h. Tive que buscar outra hospedagem. Fui atendido no dia seguinte por uma pessoa rude, que tentou me culpar pelo ocorrido e até agora não recebi o reembolso dos valor pago.
I arrived at the hostel at 11 pm and, unlike what is reported here, there is no 24-hour reception. I had to look for another accommodation. I was served the next day by a rude person, who tried to blame me for what happened and so far I have not received a refund of the amount paid.
Overall rating is honestly 0 stars. Staff were extremely. extremely. rude. When I arrived at the hostel, I couldn't even tell I was in the right place since there was zero signage or any way to tell at all where the entrance was. I only knew I was in the right place because I asked someone leaving the building. There's also two hostels in this building with Boga on the 3rd floor. So I logged into the wifi in the building and that's when I received the message that the hostel cancelled my reserva...
El hostel deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y la limpieza es mala. Las fotos que están en hostelword no reflejan la realidad del alojamiento. Lo único que tiene de bueno es la ubicación a unas pocas cuadras de gran vía

It’s firmly terrible. They will ask you fee for everything all time. So you pay the double that will pay outside. The hostel has no signs and it’s just an appartement maybe not illegal. Pay attention this place its full of scams include there’s even no reception.
My belongings were stolen from the hostel. All lockers are PIN locked. This pin is 3 digits and anyone who had access to a previous resolution can log in and open any locker. My Nintendo Switch and 50 euros were stolen. They have no reception and the only way to contact them is by phone. Unfortunately, they do not speak English and want you to write to them with a translator. The first night at 2 in the night in a neighboring room they made a lot of noise for 1 hour.

la posizione è ottima perche è in centro e la metro è a 10 minuti . Il personale è disponibile ma mi turba che non ci sia una persona fisica fissa in ostello ma un contatto whatsapp. La pulizia , soprattutto nei bagni,lascia un po' a desiderare.
The staff is available but I am disturbed that there is not a fixed physical person in the hostel but a whatsapp contact. the cleaning , especially in the bathrooms, leaves a little to be desired.
En la parte mas cutre y peligroso de Madrid. Colchones desvencijados; personal inexistente ( envían un mail 2 días antes de llegar amenazando, o pagas o cancelamos la reserva. No hay cocina, sistema de apertura de puerta incomodos y fallan continuamente, muy pocos servicios y duchas incomodas. Un autentico antro: no volveria ni muerto.
In the most secluded and dangerous part of Madrid. worn-out mattresses; non-existent staff (send an email 2 days before arrival threatening, or you pay or we cancel the reservation. no kitchen, uncomfortable and continuously failing door opening system, very few services and uncomfortable showers. an authentic place: no volvería ni muerto.

Actually, when I saw the bad reviews I almost cancelled it. But I went anyway. The only problem with this hostel is there is no any “Sign” and I was thinking I was in the wrong place. The road was dark too and it seems like. o living being was around. Fortunately, I met two other persons who stayed there too and they helped me. The hostel condition is good and clean. I had a good night sleeping there.

en general está muy bien, sin embargo la zona es muy intranquila por así decirlo, pues como hay mucha fiesta te va a tocar ver gente haciendo pipi en la calle o vomitando y así. el lugar no está mal para el precio
In general it's very good, however the area is very restless so to speak because since there's a lot of partying you're going to have to watch people peeing in the street or vomiting and so on. the place is not bad for the price
Non ha reception, non c’era nessuno ad aprirmi e per mezz’ora non hanno risposto al numero di telefono indicato. Pensavo di pagare in contanti come indicato nella mail di conferma di prenotazione. Invece in un altra mail inviata il giorno prima c’erano istruzioni diverse per effettuare il pagamento on line. Male organizzati, personale assente e sicurezza esigente nel far rispettare delle regole interne. La Pulizia è buona, decoro poverissimo. C’è l’acqua calda!
There is no reception, no one to answer me and for half an hour they did not answer the phone number indicated. I thought I would pay in cash as indicated in the booking confirmation email. Instead in another email sent the day before they had different instructions for making the online payment. Poorly organized, absent staff and demanding security in enforcing internal rules. The Pulizia is good, decoro poverissimo. Cè lacqua calda!

Esta bien para pasar una noche y seguir. Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicacion. A nivel cuartos es bastante humilde aunque limpio y decente. En mi opinion, lo peor que tiene es que solo tenes un locker muy chiquito en el que no te entra nada. Ni siquiera podia guardar mi mochila, por lo que no podia salir del hostel y estar tranquilo de que mis cosas estaban bajo llave.
It's good for a night and on. The best thing about it is the location. At the quarters level it's quite humble though clean and decent. In my opinion, the worst thing about it is that you only have a very tiny locker where nothing gets in. I couldn't even put my backpack away, so I couldn't leave the hostel and be sure that my things were locked.

la ubicacion inmejorable, no hay recepcion por lo que no hay nadie a quien dirigirte si tienes alguna duda o problema, la cocina es muy basica(para cocinar hay solo un microondas). el resto todo ok.
