BED BUGS!!! Great hostel but unfortunately there are bed bugs crawling through the beds - not sure if they are in the furniture too. Stayed 23rd to 27th November - it didn't sound like the hostel were going to do anything about the issue after I informed them. I now also see a review from October which mentions them too. Cost a lot to wash all my clothes and winter coat after my stay. I've heard good things about other hostels in Krakow - stay elsewhere in my opinion.

+The location is really good + it is clean but there are a lot bed bugs!!! + big rooms + very kind and helpful working stuff - mattress is very thin, you can feel the surface (uncomfortable) - Bed bugs!!!!

Ambiance exceptionnelle, les espaces partagés permettent de rencontrer du monde ! Rapport qualité/prix très bon. Repas digne d’un restaurant ! Seul bémol, j’ai vu des punaises de lit dans mon lit. J’ai acheté du produit pour les éliminer. Je n’étais pas très rassuré d’autant plus qu’il y’avait bien la présence de traces de punaises sur le matelas et sur le bois du lit. Le personnel a pris la chose à la légère en me disant qu’ils n’avaient pas d’autre lit et que je pouvais partir et être remboursé pour les n

Booked here for a week in October. I heard so many great things about the Hostel and was so excited to stay. I checked in and got my room easily. First thing I do in any hostel is check for bedbugs. I immediately found evidence of bedbugs all around the edges of my wooden bed frame. I checked the other beds in the room and they had it as well. 2 stars because they did take it seriously. They did seem like they were just finding out about the issue as it hadn't got too bad yet. The staff was very friendly and gave me a refund and spent a lot of time helping me find somewhere else to stay. They also let me hang out to charge my phone and use the internet, and I was still able to join in some of the activities. Hopefully this issue has been fixed as I've heard nothing but good things otherwise.

O jantar incluído é o principal motor social aqui: inscreva-se a tempo, sente junto com a galera, e a refeição faz boa parte do quebra-gelo. O café da manhã também está incluído, com café, chá e frutas somando ao esquema de valor fácil. Greg & Tom Hostel fica em um ponto muito prático de Cracóvia, perto da estação principal de trem e ônibus e a uma caminhada da Cidade Velha. A equipe pode ser calorosa, prestativa e rápida para resolver problemas, e o lugar pode parecer amigável sem virar uma máquina de festa no talo. Espere uma estrutura de prédio antigo de apartamentos, não um hostel novo e brilhante feito sob medida. Quartos e áreas comuns variam, e a faísca social é mais forte em torno da comida; fora disso, pode parecer mais calmo ou apertado do que o esperado.
Sinais para conferir
- As camas podem ranger, ser finas, gastas e sem cortinas.
- Os banheiros são limitados em alguns andares, às vezes cerca de um vaso ou chuveiro para um bloco de quartos.
- Não há elevador, e quartos em andares altos podem significar uma puxada séria com bagagem.
- As áreas comuns podem parecer pequenas, e a atmosfera nem sempre é muito social fora dos horários das refeições.
- Jantar e café da manhã podem acabar se a chegada for tarde.
