The old room is where people stay, sir.
+ The staff are friendly, although is feels like they do it only to get good reviews.
- Facilities are awful, no hot water, bad wifi, they ONLY turn on the AC in the room since 10 pm. If you want them to turn it on mid day, you have to pay for it, and the room is super hot. Also another thing I've noticed is that when my reservation was about to end I wanted to extend it a few more days, I went to the reception and asked them to extend it. When they told me the price I've noticed the price they suggested was more expensive than the price in booking, which I find super weird. One last thing, when I was about to leave the hostel, I wondered how the hostel could be with such a good rating but with such bad facilities and old rooms. Then, when I was checking out I was offered a free breakfast if I rare them 10 on booking. I declined the offer and they offered me a discount on my next stay, which also seemed weird because I wasn't offered this discount before when I extended my stay. I asked them how the discount works, they sent me a code for their website, and the code of course didn't work. I didn't stay here more and would suggest you going to an other hostel.

- The place is a mess, filthy and ALL the beds in my room where filled with bed bugs. People complained and left immediately, but they did nothing, continued pilling people to get their vacations scrued with bites and bacteria

- Les punaises de lit
- Limpieza bastante justa y precio elevado para lo que ofrecen. Además, ofrecen desayunos gratis a cambio de dejar una buena puntuación en Booking, lo cual resulta poco transparente. Sinceramente, antes de ir habíamos leído muy malas reseñas por la presencia de chinches en las habitaciones, y aunque no tuvimos ese problema, no nos sorprendió el nivel general del alojamiento.
- Endroit insalubre, très bruyant et non conforme vis à vis des photos sur le site. Le lit mis à disposition dans le dortoir ne sentais pas bon, le matelas était d’une couleur bien passé et les draps propre était de très mauvaise qualité. Je n’ai même pas pu rester 1 nuit dans cet établissement et je suis partie. Sur place on nous a indiquer nous rembourser mais au final cela fait 1 mois que je bataille pour obtenir le remboursement.
+ The worst hostel experience in my life! 💔 but every single one of the staff here is great! The hostel owner should be proud of this!
- 1️⃣Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! My mattress even smelled like urine, and my roommate's bed had bedbugs. 2️⃣The room on the first floor smelled like paint. They'd only been painted for a day, and they were moving in! Is this truly humane? Is this truly responsible? The paint smell filled the whole room, making it suffocating. 3️⃣The sockets were strangely arranged; many beds couldn't charge. 4️⃣. There was absolutely no hot water! Hot water! It felt warm 5️⃣I'm 162cm tall and weigh 53kg, and the bathroom was so small you had to think about how to get out once you got in... God! I've stayed in maybe 100 hostels, and this one is one of the worst. Yet, I'm baffled by the fact that it has so many good reviews on Google and Booking.com... It's so confusing! If the hostel owner sees this review, please take a look at what a clean hostel looks like!

+ Quarto bem limpo e organizado, tudo funcionando direitinho. A cama era confortável, dava pra descansar de verdade, e o ambiente no geral é tranquilo e bem cuidado. A área comum também faz diferença, bar e cozinha bem estruturados, tudo limpo e com uma vibe boa pra ficar de boa ou trocar ideia com a galera.
The room is very clean and organized, everything is working perfectly. the bed was comfortable, it was a real resting place, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and well maintained. the common area also makes a difference, the bar and kitchen are well structured, everything is clean and with a good vibe to stay or exchange ideas with a galera.

+ La ubicación es buena. La ducha de los baños muy bien.. El desayuno muy bueno
- Al recibirnos.. poca onda.. recepcionistas muy serios y poco conversadores. La caipirinha de bienvenida fue en un vasito de plástico de 180ml.. existiendo tremenda barra de tragos para eso.. nada mejor. No fue muy cómodo hospedarnos, durante el día no se puede prender el aire acond. a menos que se quiera pagar una diferencia R$..a veces puede ser insoportable el calor a la siesta.. no descansamos y nos fuimos del lugar. Tuvimos picaduras de insectos en las habitaciones y nos produjo reacciones cutáneas. 1 sólo baño muy pequeño para muchas personas. Fuimos a Pedro Do sal con ropa inadecuada al no saber.. allá parecíamos muy turistas.. regalados.. podrian habernos dicho algo el recepcionista al vernos ya que hablé con él de cómo llegar.. a lo que tambien me dijo.. busca en uber. La habitación práctica al fin.. había pocas personas.. eramos 4 o 5..en una de 12.. a pesar que la reserva era para una de 10.. lo que no recomendaría para nada si se llenaran
The location is good. The shower of the bathrooms very good.. The breakfast very good At the time of receiving us.. low wave.. receptionists very serious and little conversational. The welcome cup was in a 180ml plastic glass.. there was a tremendous bar of drinks for that.. nothing better. Desde a chegada com um painel de grafite lindo; a atenção e simpatia da recepcionista me conquistaram. Limpeza é um ponto alto. Desde áreas comuns até o quarto privativo, tudo limpo e cheiroso! A vibe do hostel é incrível, bebida dose dupla ate 20h (a menina do bar me avisou porque eu nem sabia) e mesmo em uma terca feira o bar era agitado e as áreas comuns com música e pessoas conversando. Definitivamente vou voltar!
Since arriving with a nice graphite panel; the attention and sympathy of the receptionist conquered me. Cleanliness is a high point. From common areas to the private room, everything is clean and fragrant! The vibe of the hostel is amazing, double drink at 20h (a girl from the bar advised me because I didn't know) and even in a terca feira or bar it was bustling and the common areas with music and people talking. I will definitely come back!
+ Acomodação espaçosa, cheirosa e aconchegante. Tudo arrumadinho e com uma surpresa muita fofa no espelho do quarto. Todos os funcionários muito solícitos, divertidos e bem preparados: as meninas da limpeza deixam tudo perfeito, as da cozinha fazem uma comidinha com gosto de “casa da vovó” (bom demais) o pessoal do bar promove uma vibe maravilhosa para interação e a galera da recepção é mega atenciosa (destaque para debs e pink).

All the staff are very solicitous, fun and well prepared: the cleaning girls leave everything perfect, the kitchen girls make a little dinner with a taste of house of grandfather (too good) or the bar staff promote a wonderful vibe for interaction and the reception gallery is mega attentive (highlight for debs and pink).
+ Hostel maravilhoso! Galera acolhedora, super limpo e organizado. Os quartos são confortáveis e sempre há passeios disponíveis para curtir o melhor do RJ. Os staffs são atenciosos e animados, sempre com dicas e orientações para a melhor experiência. Foi minha primeira viagem sozinha e com certeza voltarei mais vezes! 1 Quarteirão da Praia de Copacabana, sentido ao Posto 4. Local tranquilo e com fácil deslocamento apé para comércios locais e praias.
Hostel wonderful! cozy gallery, super clean and organized. rooms are comfortable and there are always tours available to enjoy the best of RJ. staff are attentive and lively, always with tips and directions for the best experience. it was my first trip alone and I will definitely come back again and again! 1 Quarteirão da Praia de Copacabana, direction to Posto 4. quiet place and easy commute to local shops and beaches.
+ The staff in general are great so I interacted with most were the reception and bar staff; they are wonderful, super attentive and helpful. They all showed great clarity in their service, in addition to the wonderful support I received when an unforeseen event occurred. The distance to Copacabana beach is about a 15-minute walk, allowing you to enjoy the local area. I found restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby without any problems, and the hostel also provides a map with the main places you might need.

The new room is fine but the existing room is rotten. we both tried it and confirmed if it was rotten or new room and if it was rotten, don't be silent.

Good coffee da manha, well balanced all fresh or basic well served and at will for the value.
