Downtown Boutique Hostel

FULL OF BEDBUGS! The cleaning lady told me they will close down for many days soon due to the infestation of bedbugs in the hostel. RUN! It's located in a beautiful area of the city, but IT'S NOT WORTHY! Besides that the receptionist (Maria!) treats guests with arrogance, looking them as the hostel is making a favor to host them. Very disappointed!

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS Woke up to 3 bed bugs in the middle of the night, no emergency contact number posted at reception, I had to sit in the mosquito infested common room from 2am-7am until finally they opened and they didn’t even seem to care. They didn’t even warn the other people in the room while they checked out (I did). At first I was having a nice 2 night stay, so i extended a night. They moved me to an 8 bed onsuite with an extremely moldy shower and bed bugs.

Das Hostel macht auf den ersten Eindruck einen tollen Eindruck. Aber es fehlte mir die Atmosphäre. Ich erlebte auch seitens des Personals Hilfe, aber da war wenig Herzliches. Im Aufenthaltsraum saß ich im Sessel und wurde von Bettwanzen zerbissen. In der Küche fand ich keine Tassen. Optisch top, aber wirklich wohl fühlte ich mich nicht

Expensive for what you get, no towels! Bad furniture, bed bugs, not enough toilets and showers

WARNING I found Some bed bugs in my room the night I stay, but the workers werent helpful, I’ve never received my compensation for the event They also told me that they knew that they had bed bugs from other clients that stayed in my bed and they did in fact did nothing about it until I told them and show them a picture. the employees didn’t communicate the accommodation with me, I was suppose to have a private room turned out it was shares whitout notice. The showers had mold on the ceiling .

upon checking in, we found someone in one of our beds and had to be switched to another room, which the staff were good about. the room itself was fine, however one of us did find a pair of what appeared to be human teeth in our locker. we only spent one night here, and in the morning we awoke to find bites on us that we presume to be from bedbugs. to be fair, we never saw any, but the bites are pretty characteristic. Wouldn’t stay there again.

das schlimmste Hostel in dem ich je war! Das Personal war super unfreundlich, viel zu wenig duschen und toiletten in den Schlafsälen und zur Krönung hatte ich Bettwanzen und bin heute morgen mit Bissen auf dem ganzen Körper wach geworden! Vielleicht sollten die Betten mal überprüft werden?!

Very meh. Beds were insanely uncomfortable, my neck still hurts while writing this review. Pillow felt like a bag of mushy peanuts. I also got bit by an insane amount of bugs, not sure if they are bed bugs but my arms and chest are covered in marks. Room is nice enough.
