Bed bugs on walls, my bed, my pillow and sheets. When I informed the staff about the problem and decision to leave the room immediately, I got my key room deposit back and that was it. The people were still sleeping there in this disgusting room .. horrible

Definitely a 1 – avoid! On the first night, I was bitten by bedbugs . The bed is terrible—it moves completely whenever anyone shifts. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable. The staff do not respond to messages at all—no reply on Booking.com A disaster—the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

The atmosphere in the reception was awkward and I felt unsafe when I went to do my check in. I was travelling alone, I am a female late 20s. A drunk couple was fighting on the check in counter, the person behind the desk didn’t do anything about it. Ignored me when I tried to ask for something. Another resident approached while I was waiting and starting complaining that there is a lot of noose and she cannot sleep. The staff ignored her too. She mentioned to me something about bed bugs too. I decided not to stay and I had to search for another accommodation in the middle of the night.

Cheap is expensive. I'd read other reviews about bed bugs and thought it might be a one-off. Be very careful! I found a dead one in the bed. 🤢 The place seems to be homeless. Bathrooms are dirty. Very depressing place. It should be out of the youth hostel category or any other accommodation category.

POSSIBLE BED BUGS!!! We waited a bit to get checked in. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The blankets-covers were a bit unpleasant. Unfortunately i got bitten by something(it wasn't a mosquito). Made safety repercussions like spraying myself with "Autan"(repellent) and also plugged in a mosquito repellent device. The ac was on all night and was cold so i was wearing a hoodie and covered with a blanket( the bites were on my hand where it had exposed skin) I have had my experience with bed bugs before and am a bit anxious about bites on my body. Really don't want to make this hard statement, but i would NOT RECOMMEND staying here just to be safe. Also the window don't have nets so there are defently mosquitoes too.

air conditioning was really bad. i guess they wanted to be cheap and save money. bed had bed bugs in it, i was itching all night.

Je suis revenu en France avec des piqures de punaise de lit... Il faut faire un ménage plus profond de vos literies pour éviter que ça se reproduise.

Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Hostel and rooms are not secure and it was super noisy all night. Only good things were the staff were nice and it’s close to the metro station

We were welcomed by a grumpy and unfriendly person in the reception. He mentions we need to pay extra 10€ because we didn’t come by 8 and it’s mentioned somewhere! But when I asked where is it mentioned! He has no answer! Then the room itself was quite stinky! The cherry on the cake were the bed bugs!
