   Staff were rude, hotel was dirty and run down, and looked nothing like its photos. On arrival we paid for our stay and then and checked into our room. As soon as we entered the room we noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working so went straight backdown to reception to ask them to look at it or to move us to a different room. We were told by the reception staff that the hotel was full and there were no other available rooms, and also that ‘the air conditioning is not available this time of year and there was nothing they could do about it’ even though the room is advertised as having AC. As the room was hot and stuffy and we couldn’t stay in it without AC so we asked for a refund. The staff then told us the hotel could not give us a refund and that we would need to contact the booking provider for a refund even though we have paid direct with the hotel 10 minutes earlier. We then spent the next 90minutes on the phone trying to get a refund. Eventually we were refunded due to the help from the Booking.com staff however it’s disappointing that that’s what we had to go through. In addition the the air conditioning not working, there was also blood stains on the bed, mold throughout the bathroom and shower, heavy stains on the carpet and the room smelt like cigarettes even though we had booked a non- smoking room. The room and hotel were incredibly run down and was nothing like how it appears on the website. The location is central however this is what you are really paying for. We have never left a review before, but this was such a horrible experience and miserable start to our trip. We hope these items can be addressed by the hotel moving forward

    立地がよく、歩いてすぐトラム、バスの停留所と地下鉄があり便利でした。朝食はどれも美味しくて、手作りのスムージーが特に美味しかったです！

    なにしろスタッフの親切で細かな対応には、安心感があります。朝食も満足する種類で、少なくなれば直ぐに新しいものを持ってきてくれました。大切な人と過ごした夜だったので、とても思い出深い旅となったのも、このホテルのお陰です。感謝しています。
