I had a good time in this hostel. I felt safe because the outside doors had to be buzzed in to get in and you were locked in until reception let you out. The room was lovely, has tea making facilities, they were very nice berry teas! They had very good storage in the room and a desk, there were a few switches that didn’t have a purpose and a couple of things in the shower that also had no purpose but took up room. Pretty far from the main touristy things you would wanna do so keep that in mind when booking. Definitely not the place to book if you want a social atmosphere. Overall, the staff were very helpful, room was cleaned everyday and perfect room if looking for a chill stay.

Decent hotel, definitely not a hostel but whatever. We reserved a double bed but instead received twins that we had to push together, which was a little annoying for an extended stay. The wifi was constantly going on and off (like every 2-3 minutes) so couldn't have a facetime call with our kids and my husband had trouble trying to work from his computer due to it. And they do not do ice here. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly, it was clean and safe and easy to access ...

Value for money accomodation with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great ventilation. Location is excellent if you're arriving to or leaving Lisbon via airport or by bus or train.
