Fira backpackers place

The place is very dirty, the bathroom doesn’t have a proper light, all facilities look old and rusty, the girl below me had bed bugs and people do whatever they want with the room at all hours. Unless you just want to get smashed and crush somewhere afterwards, I don’t recommend this place.

Extremely low quality, probably the worst service and dirtiest hostel I've ever stayed on, front desk are rude, not very helpful at all, i also would consider staying in another place if you don't want bedbugs in your bed. Definitely not recommended even though the location is alright.

BED BUGS - BEWARE. I just checked out today as I spent two nights being devoured by bed bugs whilst I slept here - now my whole body (shoulders, back, arms, thighs, calves, feet and hands) are covered by itchy red welts. When I alerted the staff, they denied straight away that there could be any bed bugs there instead of checking. Instead of dealing with the problem straight away, they said they were busy. Later they said they checked and that there was nothing however I should have checked myself - these are dishonest people who do not care whatsoever about the wellbeing of their clients. Personally, I was very disappointed by how they handled this problem. I also talked to two other travellers who had experienced this problem too, which is unfortunate as this place has great common areas and is perfectly located (right next to the bus stop) Additionally another problem was the shared bathrooms inside the dorms which smell so strongly of sewage (even after being cleaned) that every time I went inside I had to breathe through my mouth. Really disappointed, would not recommend.

Got bedbugs from here recently obviously they're not washing things frequently enough, staff were very dismissive about it and seemed unconcerned.
