This is a lovely old building right next to the station - beautiful entrance lobby and staircase give it real wow factor! The staff are great and really helpful and the rooms are full of Victorian grandeur. On the downside housekeeping isn;'t the best and breakfast is crazily expensive and the hotel pricey for what it offers
Certa noite tive que trocar de quarto devido ao forte cheiro de gás que vinha do aquecedor.
One night I had to change rooms due to the strong gas smell coming from the heater.
We were pleased to be at your place; our suggestions to top up the stay: 1) bedside tables with working lights (we needed to use torches to read); 2) the chance to open a window. Thank you for the lovely accommodation.
