- In the morning, there was no hot water in the room. I informed the reception, and they sent a staff member. However, he was busy on his mobile phone and reluctantly came after some delay. He opened the tap and said that the hot water would start coming in a while. He kept the tap running for quite some time, wasting a lot of water. I reminded him that water scarcity is a serious issue in our country, and if hot water had to come, it would have come within a short time. Still, there was no hot water. He went somewhere and returned after a while, and only then the hot water started. During this whole process, his muddy and wet slippers made the entire bathroom and room dirty. While leaving, he slammed the door hard, causing my shirt—hanging on the hook behind the door—to fall into the dirt and get spoiled. The hotel’s location is convenient, but since it is on Station Road, the noise of vehicles and trains continues throughout the day and night. For people who are 6 feet or taller, the staircase is risky as the ceiling height is quite low and one could easily hit their head. I honestly don’t understand how this place has received such good reviews.

- As per booking.com room photos they didn't given me the same Room Hotel given me a narrow room But I had booked the room as shown in photos

- Room was small, basic not very clean, bathroom same, dated had to wash with cold water. Not even bottle of water provided. It's up a few flights of stairs, 2 stars but I think less.no ac but cooler, although I told them of my late arrival room was hot they only turned fans on and I had to ask for cooler to be switched on so they know its hot. I had to wait for room to cool before sleeping. Room with a view of back of houses, building site, tiny mesh window. Breakfast extra but poor too served me raw dough in paratha I had to wait awhile for small half. Tea was nice but took ages not recommended my 2nd night stayed elsewhere much better only 2 pounds more. Ask to see room before paying location only saving grace. Despite replying to my message of late arrival they denied. I rarely complain but it was that bad and no apology. Look elsewhere. Oh and lizard in bathroom can bite and is poisonous common in untidy dark environments eg fan with no grill. Mosquitos too I sprayed so ok. I stayed in jaipur for 1200, lift, service 3 star this was 1400 but 1 star for example.

- The rooms are too small and there is a very steep partition of almost 2 feet at the entrance of the washroom which, makes very difficult for the aged people to move.

- The rooms provided by the property were not good enough. Also the check out time was bit early.

- Old and outdated place and facilities. Noise problems as it is located in the busy main road.

+ Mainly the staff was very friendly. At the old age also they are very energetic and mostly fluent in English too. And at any time they are reaspond I went at early morning 1:00AM. Good view from the hotel terrace

- Every thing is okay but the the beds are too old and mattresses are not comfortable.

+ Great stay at Govind Hotel. Excellent hospitality and very supportive staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, which makes travel easy. Food was also good. Highly recommended!

+ The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were happy to give advise and help out wherever possible. They gave us a room upgrade as there was a nicer room available, and did not charge us for the upgrade. Location of the property was great with all sites being within a 30 minute walking radius. Great roof top restaurant with a view across the whole city. Would love to return one day
