Hanoi EcoStay 1 Hostel

Je suis arrivée j ai attendu et je me suis enfuie quand j ai vu l' état du lieu et la clientèle. Le quartier est pourri. Pas recommandable du tout.

The place have BLACK MOULD on the walls and inside and outside air con, that’s dangerous AF! I checked in and checked out in 1 hour bc of that, didn’t even stay in the place. But they charged me for one night and didn’t give me full refund. Place doesn’t look nice as in pictures, not cozy. Also only 1 bathroom+toilet for 12 people. Do not recommend! The hostel is so tiny that the reception and the beds at the same place. The good thing it’s just cheap. That’s all.

Very unclean and damp, only one toilet with a shower in for the whole floor but the staff were friendly and great location.

Je me suis fiée aux commentaires et ce fut vraiment une mauvaise surprise de tomber sur un dortoir aussi sale : pas de réceptionniste, des cheveux et des taches dans les draps qui ne sont pas changés apparemment et la salle de bain vous pouvez oublier vu l’état dégoûtant je suis restée une nuit et j’ai rapidement changé d’endroit… Vraiment un endroit à éviter ! Le seul point positif est l’emplacement

Was given a sheet and a pillow that had not been washed. People had s*x in the bed above me multiple times. Terrible experience even for the price.

I do not recommend staying here, very unclean and small area. 1 bathroom shared between all 12 in a room. Central location and I did feel safe (not in danger). Quite expensive compared to other options that are better in the area

Good if you want a more silent and relaxed experience. Does not compete with the facilities and pricing of the larger hostels though.

One of the worst hostels I’ve stayed in, and I feel like I have pretty low standards. Room was hot and super dirty. Stairs are pretty dangerous to be going up and down.

The staff were very kind to us and helped us book a bus to Ha long. However there is 1 shower and loo for 12 people which isn’t enough. No windows in the room open so it’s mouldy and smells like damp. There was blood from a rat or possum that had come through the ceiling onto the table in our room although with poo on the wall.

Do not recommend staying here!! The sheets were dirty, the ONLY bathroom was disgusting, the air was so humid that all our clothes got damp and it was very noisy. As a girl I did not feel safe staying here.

Only one shower/toilet to share with 13 others, and the door into the hostel is always open. No keycard. Insects in the locker under the bed and stains on pillow. Other than that is was clean enough. What I disliked the most was the people living here the same time as me (but this has nothing to do with the hostel itself). They turned the lights on in the middle of the night, one guy snored like a gorilla the whole night AND day, and people talked loudly in the early morning.

die Rezeptionistin ist sehr nett und konnte mir gut weiterhelfen. Es ist sehr Zentral und man lernt nette Menschen kennen.

Facility was a little bit old. Limited common space. But too kind and helpful and friendly staff.

One of the dirtiest hostels I’ve stayed at. There was dust in every corner (and my locker was dirty and had previous peoples trash still in it) and I don’t think the bathroom got cleaned once during the 3 nights I stayed there. Also there was only 1 bathroom for 14 people. The shaff were very sweet and kind though, location was great and it was generally quiet!

Great location very chill hostel. Staff were lovely and beds were so comfy too! Not very social but really nice hostel

Good location for a one day stop, however if you are planning to stay longer in Hanoi take one of the other hostels

Esta en un lugar muy ruidoso y se escucha muchísimo des de la habitación . Además hay un solo lavabo para muchísimas personas. Mi litera estaba justo en el pasillito del baño y cada vez que alguien iba se encendía la luz automática… tapones + antifaz

Good hostel, nice shower and comfy bed. Staff were super friendly, location is great. Not the most social in my experience but good for a night or two.

It was super cheap so can’t expect much. For one night I recommend it. Not social at all, there is black mould in the shower but otherwise it’s fine just for somewhere to sleep for a night.

Great location, very affordable prices and lovely welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend.

Sauberes Zimmer, Bad mit warmen Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war es relativ kalt.
