9 Hostel and Suites

THEY HAVE BEDBUGS!!! I stayed for 3 nights in total and woke up with bites all over my body. The only thing the hostel offered was to do my laundry for free, but I had to leave. No compensation or anything and not even a sorry from the owner.

Bed bugs,I shouldn’t have ignored the red flags. I arrived at check in time and was told I couldn’t go into the room until later because it was being “disinfected”. there were blood stains on the sheets and during the night I saw a bed bug crawling on the bed curtain. Checked the reviews on google and the day before someone had experienced bed bugs in that same room. I don’t know why they would continue to put people in the room knowing about this. Moved hostels and couldn’t get a refund

I traveled 4 months in Asia and this was the most DISGUSTING hostel I have been to! I found BED BUGS, they moved me to another room, and found some more. I decided to leave the hostel and all they did is reimburse me the nights I did not stay, nothing about the nights that I have spent awake due to bed bugs, no reparation for the inconvenience, I had to move twice during my stay and had to spend time handling this disgusting situation rather than enjoy my time in the city. The ROOMS IN GENERAL PRETTY DIRTY, the curtains are disgustingly dirty, the beds sheet are dirty with STAINS, wholes, the wood and walls around the bed are dirty as well, they did not clean the previous people’s nails cut or the various nose dirt booger. The personnel was extremely RUDE, especially the man at the front desk. He is DISRESPECTFULLY ARROGANT, he is a LIAR. He tried to blame me for the bed bugs, and said nobody else complained. Unluckily for him I met another girl that HE moved to the room because of bed bugs lol, you can also read other reviews complaining about bed bugs (they have history of bugs and roaches). He refused to reimburse me for the inconvenience caused and pretended he is not the one in charge then when I asked to speak to the manager he got annoyed and said he is the manager. Also he enters the female dorm many times without knocking. He thinks smiling is being respectful. I have never seen this level of arrogance disrespect and poor customer service!

I liked my stay here! The location is great, everything from museums to shops and restaurants is within a walking distance. The only thing I’m little worried of is if there were bed bugs. Got some huge bites but didn’t find any traces related to bed bugs. But it definitely wasn’t mosquitos since I didnt see any in the city and my arms and back got full of the bites during the night… Also the walls were paper thin, you could hear the traffic! So prepare with earplugs.

Found a bedbug on the pillow and gave the bug to thw receptionist. Instead of getting a new room, she gave another bed. Got still bedbug bites so probably the whole room is infested.

I rarely write bad reviews but if you’re a future guest you must be aware!! During the 2 night stay of my booking, l got severely bitten & attacked by bed bugs. It was quite bad so there must of been many, l woke up with over 20+ bite marks on me. Also the young male staff who was checking me in was hopeless, first he put me up in a male dorm room which only had 3 single beds when l booked a female dorm, secondly when he finally placed me into the female dorm the bed was missing a blanket, then to top it off the bed bugs!! I would of been willing to overlook the sloppy check in if it wasn’t for the awful 20+ itchy swollen red rash l had to endure for the rest of my trip, it was a mistake to start my trip at this low quality hostel!

I asked them to change my bed I had to sleep 2 nights with the bed bugs and on last night of my stay when I fought then they gave me bed.

No towels, dirty room with bed bugs, very dirty refrigerator, dirty bed frame, very noise room close to the street. If you spent 25 usd per night, you can better book somewhere else. What a nightmare.
