Location stressed staff during breakfast time; the 2nd morning we woke up with insect bites, wondering if it was due to bed bugs

We stayed in room 115 which to our horror, discovered was infested with bed bugs. We asked to move rooms immediately (it was midnight so too late to move hotels) and were put in room 116. We checked out and left first thing in the morning. Please be vigilant if you are staying here and check the mattress, pillow cases and bed linen before settling in the room. We have been ravaged with bites, and have spent so much time and money treating the bites and our belongings to make sure none of the bugs got into our stuff and travelled back to our home. Appreciate this can happen in any hotel, but the reaction of the hotel staff was absolutely underwhelming and they truly did the bare minimum - absolutely shocking client service. Would never return.

It was riddled in bed bugs and the MANAGER told me it was up to me to prove it. They moved me to another room which also had issues with lights not working etc. they made no effort to make me comfortable and refused to have my car and belongings professionally cleaned so that I don’t travel the bugs home

The room was infested with bed bugs. I was badly bitten they refused to have my clothes and car professionally cleaned and only offered a refund of the stay.
