The Cabin Hostel

The hostel being in the heart of downtown is at the centre so location is good however the staff is not that cooperating and the facilities and cleanliness is meagre. Hot water facility though written in the description but you will not find it in the hostel. During winter be prepared to take a cold shower. Facilities poor location good

This was one of the worst hostels i have never been. First there are no lockers in the rooms and nothing was available in the common area. There are also no doors to a dorm so it is not safe. I also wanted a female dormitory and apparently a random guy was sleeping in one of the beds and the hostel staff did not know about that. You need to change your clothes in the bathroom.

The staff was really nice, but besides that I really don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. There’s no privacy at all, bathrooms weren’t that nice, so wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hostel. Simply it is not worth the money when you can get nicer one for the same price. The room was okay, on the other hand, the cleanliness of the common areas and mainly bathrooms was horrible.

The staff are really good here but it is not a social environment and the shower heads are rusting and filthy, the curtains from the beds are broken and people booking seems to be middle age or are old. Overall this is not bad and the location is perfect if you want to explore the market

*shocking nights sleep* Weirdly there are no doors on the dorms which means any noise of people messing around with bags etc wakes you up. My bed faced the bathroom of which the light was on all night and glaring through the curtain at me. Overall the hostel is reasonable but not a good place to sleep

We had a nice time in Amman and the location is great for getting to know the city. The rooms were alright, although they had no doors. We stayed in the female dorm which unfortunately was very moldy (black mold). The same goes for the ceilings of the bathrooms on both floors. Also, the showers didn’t work throughout our whole stay; they did try to fix them, but it didn’t work. We did really enjoy the rooftop terrace which was nice to hangout in and had a small kitchen. I had a great stay at the Cabin Hostel. Thanks to Basil, Ahmad, Rashid and the whole team for the great time we had together. They are very welcoming and always ready to help. I extended my stay several times. I recommend this place :) The hostel is very well located, right in the city center. See you soon!

Had a super stay, great vibes, very welcoming and helpful staff! I spontaneously joined a tour to Dead Sea and Mount Nebo, could not have been better, great expierence. I extended my stay twice because I liked the place a lot.

Staff are really nice, specially Laith :) the atmosphere is phenomenal at the rooftop! It’s also strategically located! Love it and for sure will go back :)

The place is beautiful, the location is good, the staff are friendly, cleaning is done every day, I highly recommend it

A nice place to stay for sure, the rooms are nice but the female only dorm only had a curtain to separate it from everyone else! Bathrooms were nice but would run out of water quite regularly! I would go back though

Good hostel if you want to be in the middle of the city. Facilities are good, showers with curtains and the privacy is a bit lacking due to just a (see-through) curtain that separates the room from the rest of the hostel. Anyways, a great location for anyone who stays in Amman for just one or two days.

It's totally worth it, Make sure to book before arriving, location is great, Beds were clean, toilets also, and Ahmed is a great guy don't hesitate to ask him for anything. Thank You.

Great hostel, staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfy and cosy. I didn’t mind the openness of the dorms.
