NAIA Manila Airport - Newport Prime Accommodations

we stayed in unit 2A cluster C building for 3 nights, there were issues with the aircon, it was leaking or had water dripping from the ac unit that i have to put a container and rug just to prevent the floor from getting wet as i have kids that may slip where it was located.. me and my son that slept in the queen bed had multiple bed bug bites (i Have photos and videos to prove) Then I also booked another unit which is 8H and that one had cooling issues with the aircon that they decided to move my relatives that were staying there to room 9M which unfortunately had the same AC issue.. the rooms that i mentioned were all from cluster C building in one palm tree villas.. Also the ad in this listing had misleading information. Do not believe that the parking per night is 200 based on this ad as the caretaker charged us for 350 per night. no receipt will be given on your parking fee. You will hand the money to the caretaker - its all under the table.. take note that the rooms are not sound proof so if you have kids like me, Expect that there will be a few knocks from the other unit to complain about your noise or any sound that the other unit claims you are creating . when i saw the same review about noise restrictions before i booked this, i was not bothered that time and thought that maybe the client's family was at fault and must have been really noisy when they were checked in.. but after experiencing the same thing when we stayed there I realized that it was true that the other unit will make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you will stay in unit 2A as there was a tenant/ other condo owner that lives in the 2nd floor who knocked on our door a couple of times and told us that he can hear our noise from our unit. we did not party in the room it was only me and my husband plus our 2 kids that he can hear..
