The air conditioning broke down. It was so hot and there was no fresh air in the sleeping pod. The alarm went off at 11pm. At 12pm midnight I told the staff we couldn't breathe in our pod. . They said they knew, because that's why the alarm went, they didn't know how to fix it. The door was heavy and difficult to hold open with the suitcase, to get some air. Many guests walking around hot, frustrated, couldn't sleep. Very tired in the morning. Horrible scary experience. Also the next day I had some bedbug bites on my leg. Otherwise, the staff was good, helpful. We stayed an extra night. This happened on our 2nd night. I will never stay again after being in tiny space with no windows and no air replacement!
