Poco Loco Bed and Breakfast

+ The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. Our room was also very quiet. The breakfast freshly made everyday is appreciated. The decoration of the shared spaces gives this hotel a great touch of originality.

- 1) the AC of the room did not work properly, as it was more a fan therefore the room was never cooled (unfortunately it was sometimes better to be outiside with 30° degrees than in the room...). Also we had tones of ants entering in the room (not a big problem but still, not supposed to happen I guess). 2) the main receptionist was nice during our stay, until the last day (saturday 29/06) when we decided to have lunch there. I believe she got stressed due to the high number of clients, and started to litterally shout at clients. She yelled at a family because they were 4 occupying a table for 3, and then yelled at us when we proposed to switch table since we were 2 occupying a table of 4... Even in peak of stress, this is absolutely unacceptable, and completely opposite to the cool vibe this hotel pretends to offer. We did not plan to give a bad rating to this hotel until this episode but this behaviour ruined our general opinion.

- Υπερτιμημενο. Δωματια που χρειαζονται ανακαινηση, η κουρτινα του μπανιου εχει μουχλα. Το δωματιο το φρεσκαρουν 2 μερες μετα την αφιξη. Κλεισαμε θεα στη θαλασσα ομως δεν φαινοταν και πολυ, καθολου ευχριστο αν εχεις παιδια μικρα. Στην ταρατσα γραφει οτι εχει θέα ομως καμια σχεση και τα κρεβατακια που παρουσιαζουν στις φωτο ειναι μουχλιασμενα και κιτρινισμενα. Κατεβηκαμε για πρωινο και μας ειπαν οτι ειναι απασχολημενοι και θα αργησουν να μας εξυπηρετησουν και εννοειται φαγαμε εκτος ολα τα πρωινα. Ηταν απογοητευση

- Beds hard as a rock. Bar was advertised on property description but it was never open. Very disappointing. Shower was a joke.

- Une des employés qui avait l’air de mener le jeu nous a arnaqué pour le petit déjeuner. J’avais demandé la veille combien coutait un petit déjeuner et c’était 8€ additionnels (au coût de la chambre) pour un plat, une boisson chaude et un jus d’orange, sauf que le matin, nous avons pris 2 yoghurt muesli, 2 thés et une petite tarte aux herbes et chacun des plats a été compté comme un petit déjeuner complet soit 8€ par yoghurt muesli, 8€ pour la petite tarte aux herbes et 3€ par thé soit 30€ au lieu de 22€ qui auraient normalement dû être facturés. Ils avaient d’ailleurs insisté pour être payés en liquide…

+ Ωραία τοποθεσία. Ωραία αισθητική στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Ικανοποιητικό το δωμάτιο, είχε όλα όσα χρειάζονταν.

- Η συμπεριφορά του κυρίου, που μάλλον είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης, απαράδεκτη. Τον ακούγαμε να βρίζει στα ελληνικά όλους τους ξένους που σέρβιρε... Με πολύ απαξίωση και πολύ άσχημα λόγια... Επίσης μιλούσε άσχημα στο προσωπικό... Πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία... Σίγουρα είναι λόγος για να μην ξαναπάμε...και να μην το προτείνουμε και σε άλλους...

+ Samstags direkt am Markt (zumindest in der Nebensaison) Frühstück ist phenomenal.

+ Great property. Fantastic staff. We were treated so well and we were the only guests.

+ zentrale Lage,schöner Rundblick von der oberen Terrasse,geräumiges Apartment

- laute Klimaanlagen ringsherum kein Frühstück oder sonstige Mahlzeiten- wie in der Beschreibung enthalten. Ein no go aus meiner Sicht. Wenn wegen Saisonende die Küche geschlossen ist,kann man das nicht als Merkmal der Unterkunft aufführen

+ L'accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement (parking gratuit à côté).

- La literie pourrait être améliorée.

+ Super nette kleine Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt von Chania. Liebevoll ausgestattet. Tolles selbst gemachtes Frühstück. Super liebe Menschen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

- Zimmer zum Innenhof ist doch laut. Das nächste Mal würden wir die andere Seite buchen.

+ Good location as it was quiet but close to everything. Breakfasts were lovely, prepared fresh each morning. Victoria is a darling. A bit quirky in a good way.

- The stairs were a bit tricky as no banister in places. Also, locking up the front door was a bit of a nuisance.
