+ 房間與浴室都很大。
- 房間地磚很黏，感覺沒有抹地🤦🤦 根本不敢光著腳在房間走。 廁所水喉開出來的水很骯髒，要開著流 5 - 10 分鐘才會有乾淨的水。服務員還可以強說，是燈光的關係🤦🤦 而且服務員態度不是很好。
- Nos alquilaron dos motos sin contrato ni nada, vinieron dos personas a traernos las motos sin comprobarlas ni nada, ya que una de ellas estaba rota y mi amigo se rompió el tobillo por culpa de esta empresa a los dos minutos de coger la moto. Y el hotel no se hizo cargo ni de darnos agua después del accidente, ni siquiera nos dejaron media hora más para hacer el check out ya que mi amigo iba en silla de ruedas y se nos complicaba y no nos dejaron ni un minuto.

- The service was very bad. We were travelling with 6 adults & 3 kids 3, 5 & 5 year old booked 2 adults & 1 kid per room totalling 3 rooms. 1. The staff were not cooperating on anything. They wanted the kids not to open their mouth while having breakfast. Which we felt was off-putting 2. The booking clearly says breakfast included for all, but the staff charged us for the breakfast for kids. 3. Poor hospitality 4. Under facilities, they mentioned breakfast box included if travelling early. When enquired, the staff denied it saying it's not available. Overall, we were not happy with the service, and a lot of things mentioned under facilities were not provided, misleading. I will never book with them again as they did not keep up to their word and were very rude. If they can't handle kids on the hotel, just mention kids not allowed, and we could have looked elsewhere.
- When I arrived, the receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked even though I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. I quickly realized that the hotel had made a mistake in the pricing and simply did not want to honor the original rate. They used the excuse that the hotel was full, even though rooms were still available on other platforms. The receptionist preferred to lie and say there were no rooms available. A few minutes later, the manager messaged me, asking me to accept the reservation at the updated (higher) price how convenient. At the same time, the receptionist kept denying any availability and claimed the hotel was still full. Then, like magic, after the manager apparently contacted the front desk, a room suddenly became available. This reaction was shameless, and the staff showed very poor customer service skills. I’ve submitted a complaint to Booking.com in the hope that this will help improve the service at this property. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
+ El personal muy frio. Nos confirmaron check out a las 17:00 pagando un día más pero nos hecharon a las 12:00 pm. Nada de empata. Mala educación. Desayuno escueto. Cuando de baño deficiente.

- No dustbin, no response from management, wifi details not shared, washroom basin kept getting clogged, I had to use a toothpaste tube to hold the drainage plug. TV wasn’t working! I’ve stayed at a lot of boutique hotels, this one is the worst!

- הגענו לחדר עם שירותים מלוכלכים ומצעים משומשים. היינו צריכים להתחנן למלון במשך יומיים שינקו, בזמן הזה שיקרו שניקו למרות שזה לא קרה ומרחו אותנו זמן רב. בתמונות יש מרפסת אך קיבלנו חדר ללא אחת כזאת, רק חלון קטן. שירות חדרים דופק באגרסיביות כל בוקר בשעה תשע ואף נכנס לחדר בקלות דעת כשהיינו בפנים מספר פעמים. ביקשנו שלא יעשו זאת אך כמעט כל בוקר מחדש התופעה חזרה על עצמה. כמו כן, ישבנו באחד הערבים בשקט וללא מוזיקה או אלכוהול במלון, בבוקר שלאחר מכן קיבלנו הודעה מאיימת שייקנסו אותנו אם נשב כך שוב (במקום פשוט לפנות אלינו כשראו אותנו מספר פעמים עד שליחת הודעה בנחמדות ומבלי לאיים). כל עובדי המלון לא יודעים לדבר אנגלית תקינה כך שלא ניתן לנהל עמם שום שיח. כמו כן, אין שום בידוד בין החדרים ומחוץ למלון, שומעים כל רעש, אופנוע או מוזיקה בחוץ. גם הווילונות מאוד גרועים, בקיצור לא ניתן באמת לישון בחדר הזה ברצף ובנעימות. מאוד לא מומלץ להגיע, יחס מזעזע ומלון גרוע מאוד.

Cleanliness, staff and spacious room, quiet environment and a few blocks from tourist attractions, no hot water all day.
+ La habitación era grande y limpia. El hotel está a 20 minutos del meollo, no es mucho pero se hace un poco pesado si estás cansado. La piscina está bien, aunque no es muy grande. Las empleadas muy majas y puedes pedir que te hagan la colada.
- La ducha es un desastre, no tiene presión, el primer día el agua salía marrón, el segundo no había agua caliente… cada día había algún problema de agua. El desayuno no nos gustó ya que no es tipo bufet y solo puedes coger una cosa desayuno la carta.
The room was large and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes from the meollo, it's not much but it gets a little heavy if you're tired. The pool is fine, although it's not very big. The staff are very nice and you can ask for a laundry. The shower is a disaster, it has no pressure, the first day the water came out brown, the second there was no hot water... every day there was some water problem. The breakfast we didn't like as it's not a buffet type and you can only take one thing for breakfast la car...

+ Personnel très gentil et drôle. En particulier une dame ! Clain d’œil à elle 🥰 Passage dans la chambre chaque jour avec changement de serviettes Emplacement correct environ 20 minutes de l’entrée de la vieille ville. Possibilité de louer des vélos La piscine est un vrai bonheur et primordiale avec la chaleur qu’il fait ! C’est un vrai plus. Elle est parfaitement entretenu.
- Petit déjeuner léger sur les choix Nous avons prit un VIP bus pour Nha Trang. Une dame nous dit 20h, une autre 20h30. Information sur le pick up pour 19h30 par une des dames. Quand nous attendons ce n’était pas la même personne à l’accueil et d’après elle c’était un pick up à 20h et elle avait raison. Donc informations pas à jour chez toutes. Nous avons eu peur louper notre bus vu qu’on ne savait pas vraiment à quelle heure le bus partait…

+ Was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Had nice breakfast but only ate there one morning as we liked walking to the old town to explore. Walk was about 7mins to ancient town which was fine in the morning and arvo but middle of the day we just used grab. Would stay again. We have to boys 7 and 10 and felt like a safe area with them.
- Bathroom was average but felt clean enough.
+ The hotel is very well maintained. You can even see staff regularly touching up the paint without ever disturbing guests. The rooms are wonderful, with some offering lovely views over the pool. The pool itself, located just outside the dining area, is perfect for relaxing. Above all, the staff truly make this place special. They made us feel welcome even before we arrived. A special mention to Anh, who organised our activities, secured great deals, arranged hotel pick‑ups and drop‑offs for tours, and ensured the breakfast was prepared with genuine care and attention. The team also organised our shuttle to the next destination, making our stay seamless and memorable.
- There was nothing major to fault. As a very minor point, housekeeping is very thorough, so the floor can sometimes still be slightly damp when you return, and the tap and sink could benefit from a small refresh.
