- The room was sold as having a jacuzzi available and beach views. The Jacuzzi was cold and then we where told it was not even available for us. The room has one small frosted window with no way of seeing anything outside. We left after the first night with a promised refund. Have heard nothing since.

- Alles, schlechte Lage, die Fotos sind mehr als geschmeichelt. Das Zimmer im EG stinkt nach Moder. Die Angestellten sind unfreundlich. Der Poll ist nicht größer als eine Badewanne. Nur Restaurants dort, sonst absolut nix. Frühstück wird einfach hingestellt, ob man da ist oder nicht .. Keine Aussicht vom Zimmer, da Fenster mit Folie beklebt. Kaum zu finden, da nicht zugänglich mit Auto. Mein Grab -Fahrer hat abends 30 min gesucht. Keiner war da, es gibt keine Rezeption. Unterirdisch schlecht! Bloß nicht auf die "schönen" Fotos reinfallen. Alle geschönt und nicht wahrheitsgetreu. Bin nach zwei Nächten geflüchtet.

- Ondanks de redelijk hoge prijs zaten we in een soort bijgebouw en keken uit op de wasruimte/parkeerplaats. De kamers zijn ok maar het bed mega hard, slechtste tot nu toe. De plek is verouderd en niet aantrekkelijk ook. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels en ligt en zit de hele dag. Je moest moeite doen om iets te kunnen bestellen, beperkte kaart en aan de prijs. A la carte ontbijt maar wat ik wilde was op? We waren de enige gasten in het hotel. Bij het afrekenen wilde ze 120.000 extra in rekening brengen ondanks de geboekte prijs op boeking. Het was extra tax... Het strand is vies en ligt vol peuken en is vuil. Lokale vissersboten op het strand. Parasollen stuk en bedden toe aan vernieuwing. Een beetje vergaande glorie. Ook niet gezellig. Service is slecht. Veel betere en mooiere verblijven gehad voor de helft vd prijs. Het is erg afgelegen ongeveer 5,5 km van het centrum. Je moet een taxi nemen van 200.000 om er te komen. Er zitten geen faciliteiten in de buurt. Er is ook niks te doen. Geen aanrader! Slechtste ervaring in Vietnam en tevens het duurste verblijf.

- 水回りの清掃が行き届いていない。バスタブに前の人の髪の毛があったり、暖かくないシャワー。

- Our view from the window was the wall of the other building. When you open the bathroom door, you smell the ..... sewer? Not sure what the smell was, but it was coming from the drains.

+ En bord de plage, emplacement exceptionnel. Chambre très basique mais en même temps le prix est vraiment peu cher. Restau pratique quand on passe la journée à la plage.

- Il ne faut pas chercher un grand standing, mais à ce prix là, c’est normal

+ Funky spot on beach above seafood restaurants. Lovely breakfasts by hostel owner just down the block.

- Hosts in Vietnam don’t really understand the privacy expectations of westerners. Expect owner to be cleaning under your feet at least once a day or request otherwise.

+ Il faut prendre la chambre au 1er étage avec une petite terrasse, très lumineuse et silencieuse. Un petit salon avec TV et une cuisine sont à disposition. Bon petit déjeuner servi dans le salon. Par contre ne pas choisir les chambres au rez-de-chaussée. La plage est quasi déserte. Le restaurant Papa Shark est très bon ainsi que son voisin spécialisé dans les fruits de mer.. Des transats sont à disposition. Un endroit parfait si on fuit l'animation et si on veut se reposer et bien manger.

- La porte d'entrée est vitrée et donne sur une lumière verte "exit". Il faudrait mettre un rideau car c'est très gênant alors que la porte sur la terrasse et la fenêtre sont parfaitement occultés. Il faudrait aussi régler le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain.

+ At the time i was the only one there, the restaurants on the beach are very nice very busy lunch and dinner time with local people, swimming at 6:00 am there was only locals who are very friendly

- Leaving.....just try and get the ocean view room there is only one

+ Beautiful home, great size, comfortable, perfect for 2-3 families with kids.

- Sometimes the restaurants at the bottom were a bit loud during bed time.

+ Great place to stay, right on a very quiet beach with plenty of great restaurants. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel and the only time we saw anyone else was when we checked in and when we had breakfast made for us, I think we were the only guests there. We booked the room with the beach view and also made good use of the hot(warm) tub. A lovely place to unwind for a few days after the hectic pace of Hanoi.
