+ El hotel es bonito y el desayuno muy bueno
- Lamentablemente tuve inconvenientes porque se perdió un objeto de valor dentro del cuarto del hotel. Jamás me había pasado.
+ Nice location, lovely entry and reception. Good beds. Majority of staff excellent.
- The reception area of the hotel is beautiful and some of the rooms too. But we booked a family suite for 5 with 2 bedrooms and living room. We got a suite unfit for 4 pax. The tiny bedroom was beautifully decorated, one bathroom for 4 pax. . The 2nd bedroom wasn't actually a bedroom, it was the entry area into the suite. it consisted of two single beds and nothing else. No pics, no TV, bedside tables, nothing no light switch by bed. Had to use light at entry door , the so called living room was about 2m x 2 m approx with an inadequate wardrobe for 4 pax. Was technically a throughway hall to the bathroom and bedroom. This was suite no. 340. Absolutely not fit for purpose, lack of storage space, paper thin walls that we could hear everything above us and worst of all, continual renovation works in nearby rooms. We had to walk out of hotel reception across the terrace with narrow steep steps to get to our suite. The weather was wet and cold. This particular suite is nothing like any of the pics in booking.com site. Hotel staff claimed they were told by booking.com that we had booked a 4 pax suite and not the family, we paid for the family suite, which can be verified. Most of the staff were excellent. They claim the hotel was full but if we paid a further $450 (reduced to $300 after we strongly objected and and still refused too pay for 2 rooms. . We requested our money be refunded and we check into an other hotel. Refused. We have visited IST many times and this is the first time we have not received the suite/rooms we booked. Manager wouldn't come and talk to us, very poor show on his part. Be warned do not ever accept suite 340 . I could continue but I think you get the point. It spoiled our holiday.

- Fake 5-Star Hotel. The hotel is misrepresenting its quality and rating. Key issues: Misleading Pricing: Prices fluctuate dramatically for regular room (from 100 to 250 Euros) Inconsistent pricing strategy seems designed to trick hotel guests. Poor Service: The broken heater required multiple technician calls. Management unresponsive to complaints. Random staff provided false information about broken heater in my room. Additional Problems: Squeaky bed. Noisy neighbors. Huge dust under beds. Unreliable transfer services (triple overcharging for taxi) Recommendation: If you stay here because of location, do not pay more than 100 Euros per night. Verify all services and prices carefully.

- - Not a 5* hotel by an my definition. Does not have any of the amenities or facilities you would expect from a 5*. - room categories extremely misleading: booked a 2 bedroom suite which turned out to be a single bedroom with a bed in the common area (literally in the entrance of the room), meaning there is no privacy. Explained this to front desk but they couldn’t understand and didn’t care. - no elevator / lift to my room. Had to carry suitcases up a narrow external staircase. - strong smell of mould in the bedroom. - AC didn’t work properly.
+ OK so the hotel is quite nice and a good location, staff seemed pleasant enough, good breakfast.
- I don't like that I had cash stolen out of a bag in my room and then the hotel "investigated" and helped in no way other than saying "sorry". Be sure to use the safe from the minute you get there or just stay somewhere else where they take security seriously. I should have known something was amiss when they had a manager knock on my door and ask if "everything was ok" before I noticed the missing cash. Also the bed was very noisy.
+ I genuinely have no idea why this hotel has such huge ratings. The only things we liked about it was the patio and the dark skinned guy working some nights (he was the sweetest and kindest guy ever)
- - breakfast is horrible (lots of options to chose from but 95% are bad/ dont get eggs benedict they suck) - location is bad (have to climb a hill to get anywhere) and no good restaurants in close proximity - wifi was down when we arrive and Naz was extremely rude saying its not her fault and we should get used to it till it comes back 🤡 - room was weird - tv kept switching itself on and off hope we didnt get a haunted room 👻

- The rooms were extremely small - bathroom was also extremely tiny - really noisy room can hear people walking to their rooms in corridor constantly. Even house keeping in morning can just hear them cleaning outside your room so very disruptive and road noise really bad so can’t leave window open. Also the air conditioning was terrible wouldn’t work I would be sweating at night

+ Сервис и чистота на высшем уровне. Было все комфортно. Особенно спасибо вашей сотруднице Наз, она была очень доброй и помогала нам по всем вопросам. Спасибо большое всем сотрудникам, они все доброжелательные и хорошие профессионалы. Также очень понравилось как обустроен завтрак, меню и шведский стол было вау. Комнаты все удобные, большое, комфортный.

+ Das Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende ein Gewinn. Vor allem das Personal war so nett und hilfsbereit, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Besonders Nuriye an der Reception hat sich so bemüht uns in dieser Megacity zurechtzufinden. Das war echt super.

+ Attenzione per il cliente estrema, hanno visto dal passaporto che era stato il mio compleanno il giorno prima e mi hanno fatto trovare una tortina in camera! Poi ci hanno regalato acqua e caramelle gommose perché avevamo visto che al mio compagno piacevano, una pulizia ottima della stanza e posizione fantastica. Mai stata così bene in un hotel, e io viaggio parecchio. Ci torneró dovessi tornare a Istanbul!
+ El Hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal es muy amable, pero cogimos la suite mezquita azul para tres personas Porq en la descripción pone que hay 3 camas y un sofá cama y que la habitación son 52 m y por lo visto cuentan ahí tb la terraza con lo que se queda muy pequeña,la cama supletoria es muy pequeña para un hotel así, nos dijeron que nos intentarían dar otra solución pero al final nos quedamos ahí..
- El tamaño de la suite no corresponde con la descripción, y nos ofrecieron una solución que luego no nos volvieron a comentar nada. Lo dejamos estar Porq el resto del personal la verdad que súper amables
+ L’hotel est parfaitement bien situé, dans le centre historique, proche des mosquées et du palais topkapi et à côté du tramway T1 qui dessert la partie nord et les embarcadères. Le personnel de l’hôtel est super accueillant et accommodant et peut faire des reservations pour vous. Chambre très jolie et propre. Café et eau offerts tout au long du séjour. Top expérience
- Rien. La chambre pourrait être un peu plus grande pour 4 personnes mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose.

+ Отель замечательный, очень уютный и комфортный. Расположен в тихом районе центральной части Стамбула. Все номера чистые и очень красивые. Редкий случай — такое впечатление, что у отеля есть душа))) Наш вид из окна был на улицу, но впечатление от отеля это не поменяло. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, подают свежую выпечку, фрукты и традиционные турецкие блюда. В лобби всегда чисто, приятный аромат, и мягкие диванчики — создаёт ощущение домашнего уюта. Отель небольшой, но в этом его главное преимущество: нет шума и суеты, можно действительно отдохнуть после прогулок по городу. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, что очень удобно. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз и будем рекомендовать друзьям!

+ Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn T1 mit welcher alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden können. Ebenso kann man fußläufig die Blaue Moschee, die Hagia Sophia, die Yerebatan-Zisterne usw. erreichen und geht dabei durch wunderschöne Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Shops. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und man erhält einen ersten Eindruck über die türkischen Spezialitäten. Ebenso kann das Restaurant für ein Abendessen empfohlen werden. Der Service des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, die Freundlichkeit und Englischkenntnisse haben uns positiv überfordert. :-) Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen!!! :-)
