Booked for 4 nights in the middle of January. Stayed for only 1 night. Place has been living rent free in my head for 2 weeks. Booked a different hotel for remaining the 3 nights and didn’t ask for a refund and just took my loses as it wasn’t worth the health risk of staying another night. I advise viewing the photos in previous 1 star rating reviews as this is a good picture of how the place looks. Also read through some of the new 5 star reviews, and ask yourself does this sound like a normal person or does this sound like an owner or salesman trying to sell the place We arrived at 1am and did the self check in. We were given the bed number 18. There were about 10 pairs of shoes under our bed, so we took one of the beds. Bed number 16, the spring was broken so we settled on bed 15. All 18 single and double beds are in one big communal area, so you get a scent of everyone’s smell. Went to have a shower and I felt cleaner than the shower, even after a 8 hour flight. The shower was full mold or bacteria all around the nozzles. Tiny area to get changed (only privacy area) After my horrible shower, went to sleep. It was freezing cold. Woke up in the morning, booked a different place immediately (found another amazing place that was 10-15 US more a night then this place). Before leaving we noticed our pillow covers were yellow and my partner felt she had been bitten by bed bugs in the night. In the morning we just got up and left with all our stuff. They must have not known we had left, has 3 days later I received an email asking if I would like to check out or extend my stay. My advice, don’t stay here. But if you do, don’t book more than 1 night as you won’t get a refund.

my bed had beg bugs and even showed the owner a video of them and was told i couldn’t have a refund . don’t stay here bad customer service and bed bugs *EDIT in response to the response you sent back it’s cause my email isn’t under my name it’s under business. and okay i can do that would you also like me to post the video of the bed bugs ? here i added a receipt from booking you’re welcome (:

Me and my friend stayed here. This place is INFESTED with bed bugs. Very nasty. Stay away!

Beware they have major bed bug and flea issues. Also The front desk lady will come across as the kindest person on earth but is a rat in sheep clothing.
