+ Food at the rooftop restaurant was good though expensive by local standards.

- They like to play a thirty second clip of elevator music on repeat in the hallway outside the rooms. This is clearly audible from the room and starts as early as 6 am. As you can imagine, this gets on your vnerves very quickly. Most of the facilities advertised are actually completely separate from the hotel and cost extra even though this was not indicated in the booking information. According to management, this is a perfectly acceptable way of doing business. The upstairs rooms have their windows facing onto a commonly used walkway, so if you like natural light and privacy at the same time, you can forget it. Speaking of lights, they only light up half the room. The doors also make a very loud and annoying beeping sound when left open for a short while. This becomes a major issue when some people leave in the morning or when housekeeping is going around. Didn't bother us much, but the water was impossible to keep inside the shower, and there was a small amount of mould in the bathroom.

+ Maybe the best cheap option in Malang to have something acceptable in term of cleanliness. So the price was good. Bedsheets are clean Room is clean and done everyday No bugs

- The pool is not accessible for the hotel, it is a water park near the hotel (with the associated noise early on the morning sometimes). The cleanliness is not top level. Moisture in the bathroom and some stains on the wall.

+ Shower is great. Staff at reception is friendly. Bed is good but room is not dark.

- I arrived at 4 a.m. and the idiots started calling me at 8.30 to ask me to ‘change my voucher’….I didn’t answer because I tried to catch up on sleep but they called again ten minutes later 😡 They wanted to know if I was coming for breakfast which was buffet and available until 10.00 Also they came in my room for cleaning while I had the do-not-disturb-sign on the door and moved and replaced my stuff. I was so angry! HR came to apologise to me later. Next day when they cleaned they reorganised the pillows; why can’t they leave the second pillow in my bed? I need it to cover the light from the hallway since there is no curtain. Rooftop restaurant; You have to wait for a very long time for them to take your order. WiFi is okay but you need to re-apply all the time so be aware or you are on 4g all day. I lost my key when I was out. They did not reply on my text by booking or messenger.

+ Prima kamer voor één overnachting. Ruime familiekamer met tweepersoonsstapelbed. Rooftop ontbijt en zitgelegenheid voor een drankje is wel aardig, maar geen mooi uitzicht!

- Ontbijt kan beter. Meer verse producten zoals vruchtensappen zou goed zijn. Het naastgelegen “attractiepark” en zwembad was echt gedateerd! Daar kwamen wij niet voor, maar mochten mensen met kleine kinderen dit hotel om deze reden willen boeken dan zou ik dat sterk afraden!

- Karna kamar mengadopsi seperti kamar kabin kapal jd klo utk family..benar2 minimalis..tp tmpat tidur lumayan besar...👍..dan alhamdulillah anak2 suka..krn lumaya dkt dg wahana rekreasi..yg mkn perlu mendapat perhatian adalah wahana rekreasinya..semoga bisa lebih ditingkatkn..

+ The actually hotel felt modern and very clean, and the staff were helpful. We arrived at 1am and were given welcome drinks which was appreciated! The breakfasts were amazing value, they gave you so much food! You chose from (usually) fried rice, noodles or carbonara and they cook that for you, but then they also brought out plates of fruit, pancakes, waffles and eggy bread too! Rooms were cleaned everyday, bottles of water left etc, it was good and the beds were comfortable. My children enjoyed the boat themed hotel and the bunk beds!

- It was fine, it wasn’t a problem, but the pools and waterpark you see in the photos aren’t actually part of the hotel. They’re part of a recreational park next door and so to access the pools, you have to leave the hotel and enter the park through the turnstiles. The hotel will give you a ticket to access one of the swimming pools for free, but to access the water park (shown in the photos) you have to pay 30.000IDR each (approx £1/$1). It wasn’t a problem and we did do this a couple of times, but the photos of the hotel make it look like it’s actually part of the hotel. My children loved it though!

+ Het waterpark er langs was verouderd maar verder prima.

- Ontbijt was beperkt. 1 van de 2 kamers was niet proper.

+ La chambre moderne et confortable, la douche, les grands lits confortables, la gentillesse du personnel, l'originalité de l'hôtel, la proximité du parc aquatique et des parcs d'attraction JATIM

- L'insonorisation n'était pas terrible, et nous avons été dérangé par les chambres voisines avec beaucoup d'enfants qui ont crié et chanté tard le soir et tôt le matin. Le restaurant de l'hotel n'est pas très bon

+ Personeel was super vriendelijk. Kinderen vonden het stapelbed erg leuk.

- Er zijn in de omgeving niet veel andere restaurants op loopafstand. Zwembad was al om 4 uur dicht.

+ Het was schoon en ruim opgezet. Goed eten, fijn restaurant, goed werkend sanitair en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Sportclub ernaast waar je mee kunt doen. Ik sliep in een dorm. Super fijn. Rustig ook. Vanwege buikklachten had ik even Europees eten nodig. Dat was aanwezig. Ik ben hier aangesterkt. Ernaast is een kinder pret- en waterpark.

- Les fenêtres au niveau de la tête de lit donc les couloirs étant allumé toute la nuit il vaut mieux avoir un masque pour dormir

+ THE BEST!!!! Hotel menyediakan sajadah dan Alquran ditiap kamar. Kamar LUAS! Sprei BERSIH dan Wangi!!! Kasur EMPUK!! Handuk PUTIH ! Tidak sangka ternyata dalam bangunan hotel yg telihat tua dan kecil dari luar, tapi luas bersih dan bagus didalam. Walau lift kecil, tidak masalah. Kebersihan dan kenyamanan nya bikin betah. Staff hotel pun sangat ramah dan sangat sigap. Saya tidak sempat sarapan krn ke bromo, mereka telah menyiapkan nasi box sebagai ganti nya. Dapat free masuk ke wisata sengkaling lagi. Puas pokoknya.
