I had a small bedbug problem in my 3rd week but the receptionist made it extremely easy for me by immediately changing my room and the problem was sorted. This can happen in even the best hotels so it is not a reflection of the hotels cleanliness. It is a very clean place.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the room was okay and the beds were comfortable, my experience was not the best. I woke up with what looked like bites from bedbugs, which was quite concerning. Additionally, my room had doors facing the swimming pool, and in the evening, people were chatting there, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, this affected my overall comfort. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the guest experience.
