Brightstar Hostel

The hotel is really dirty. We actually moved hotel and didn’t stay here as we found bedbugs. When letting staff know about this they offered to change the bedding but nothing else. We received no refund.

The bed had bed bugs and they massacred me. I was covered in bites and the staff really did not care. The bed was wedged in so I could not open the door fully to get in. The bathroom door was hung upside down. The shower was practically on top of the toilet so everything got soaked.

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms had bedbugs. Legs were bitten bad...
