Black Swan Hostel Granada

Saw quite a few tiny bugs in the room on the floor, i have a few bites- they weren’t bed bugs The lockers were on the floor under the beds but not a pull out drawer or anything so if you had a lot of stuff you properly had to get down on the floor to reach in. The bathroom smelt bad and was extremely humid as there was no aeration so it was constantly damp and hot. Cleaners were about but the design of the bathrooms was just bad so it always felt gross and sticky. The water pressure was very weak and the shower i used let out a constant high pitched squeak when i changed the temperature unless i had a hot shower. Also, there were about five hooks on the shower doors from the outside but only one hook inside that was out of the spray of the water which seemed silly as many more hooks could’ve fit inside and would still not get wet from the shower. There was also only one tiny mirror by one sink rather than a mirror at all of them which was odd Overall the bathrooms were horrible

I decided to return to the hostel again because of previous good memories. However, during my third night in the women's dormitory, I woke up at dawn with itching on my arms and legs. After two nights, I noticed isolated bites, but unfortunately ignored them. It turned out that I was probably bitten by bedbugs. The bites are small, but a large number on the legs and hands. The hostel has been in operation for a short time, but due to the low price and new infrastructure, many people pass through. The staff and management of the hostel behaved in an orderly manner, offering compensation. But as an allergy sufferer, I am forced to use medications and ointments. I hope I am the first person in this situation.
