Snooze Hostel Banyuwangi

Première fois de ma vie que je laisse un avis. Je ne le fais jamais, mais là c’était nécessaire. Accueil agréable, oui. Humanité ? Aucune. Hostel organisant des bivouacs au Mont Ijen, habitué aux randonneurs rentrant épuisés. Retour à 10h après nuit blanche, 1h avant check-in. Mon copain allongé dans mon lit payé : on le fait sortir. Pour 1h. Règlement ou pas, zéro empathie.

toilet banyak yg rusak, kasur bantal berdebu. buat pup aja sy berasa ngga nyaman. asli parah. Untung nya sy cuma numpang tidur bbrp jam doang di sini dan pindah ke Kokoon hotel.

J’ai réservé un nuit avant de faire le Mont Ijen (donc peu d’heure de sommeil) et j’ai quasiment pas dormis avec la chaleur dans la chambre !!! Pas de Clim !! Ça fait cher la nuit pour ne pas avoir de Clim !!! Elle devrait coûter moins cher que les autres Par contre le personnel est très très gentil !

There was a mistake in the cancelation policy of the hostel and what was displayed in the website. Upon arrival we mistakenly booked a third night cancelling it directly after. Acknowledging their mistake in sharing the correct information they still decided not to add water to the wine and made us pay 50% of the full fee while the hostel received compensation in full from the website and rebooked the room. Please book trough official sites to avoid costly surprises.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Het tweepersoonsbed op de privé kamer was echter vreselijk.

Really nice place, not the most social, mattress was pretty old and needed to be changed. The price rather reflects the big common areas I would say, instead of things like free breakfast. Also no laundry services.

Pire expérience de ma vie Réception pas honnête. Au téléphone avec elles pour réserver et une fois seulement le paiement effectué, elles disent que le mont Ijen est fermé. Nous avions pourtant dit que c’était le but de notre visite. Cerise sur le pompom quand elles disent qu’il y a pleins d’autres activités à faire. Hum, minimum 2h de route. Des faux sourires et une fausse volonté d’aider. A FUIR

Best hostel in Banyuwangi. As I arrived late and did the Ijen tour, so I didn’t sleep at the dorm. But honestly it would be great if I can stay longer. Btw staffs are super cool and Fiola is literally waiting at the gate for me. Anna is also a cute girl.

It's a good Hostel that accepts the missing AC.

Snooze Hostel is a great place to stay in Banyuwangi. The tour they organized for visiting the Ijen Crater at Sunrise was well organized and good value for money.

This hostel is amazing! Everything works and is super clean. Staff is incredible friendly and helpful. No matter what you need, they will do everything they can to help you. I can only highly recommend it!

Great hostel, the bed setup was great and spacious. The girls at reception are super nice and helpful. Booked Ijen tour with them easily and was able to use a credit card. Plenty of space and common areas, didn’t use the kitchen but looked solid. I would recommend this place for sure

Peut-on rêver meilleur endroit où loger ? Tout était parfait : l’auberge est propre, spacieuse et très bien organisée. Les lits sont grands et confortables, l’emplacement est idéal, et surtout, l’accueil est exceptionnel. Les filles sont d’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponibles, de très bons conseils pour les restaurants et prêtes à aider à la moindre question. Je suis vraiment reconnaissante d’avoir séjourné ici, merci pour cette belle expérience !

Great hostel! The staff here are fantastic - so kind and helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a private room, which was lovely. The fan was a wee bit warm, but that's the only negative. A fab stay overall.

The best hostel I have ever stayed. It's super neat and hygienic. The energy of the staffs were awesome and they were very welcoming, provided clear information and so much helpful.The beds in the dorm were very spacious and beautiful. 10/10. Highly recommended

One of the best hostels we have stayed at in terms of cleanliness and staff, it was literally spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere but had literally everything else!

I’ve stayed in two Snooze hostels so far and both were amazing. The whole concept of the hostel chain is just great – super clean, well organized and a really nice atmosphere. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Definitely one of the best hostel chains I’ve stayed at!

i could not recommend this hostel enough!! the dorm room had amazing privacy and was super comfy, it felt like i had my own hotel room. the facilities were super nice, especially the shared space that was super cozy!! But I think what makes this hostel super special is the lovely staff - it was so nice chatting to them, if you have any questions they are super helpful but even if you just want a chat they are such amazing girls!! Will definitely be staying here again .))

Never been in a hostel that clean, the stuff was super friendly and always chatting with you and helping with everything. Interior is really fancy. I normally stay at hostels that are not that chique, but was nice. They had a super comfy chair to lay in. But i didnt really like the social vibe, there was not a lot going on, most people couples or just there for one night to do ijen. Ijen tour was very nice.

Not one bad thing to say. Great location, all the facilities are very clean and the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most amazing stay at this hostel, the staff were the friendliest and always so helpful whenever I had any questions about where to go, recommendations etc, loved getting to know them all!! Thank you all for being so welcoming. The hostel was pristine and even had a kitchen & free coffee etc which was amazing. I booked the ijen hike through the hostel and had the most amazing trip.
