+ Ayant trouver une porte fermée j’ai insisté j’ai sonné aucune réponse j’ai téléphoné le numéro n’existait pas bref je me suis vue prendre une autre réservation d’hôtel malgré ma retissance
- Me faire payer la chambre alors qu’ils étaient probablement à la fête car ils ne m’attendaient pas de si tôt c’est scandaleux Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hotel ce ne sont pas des pros!

+ La chambre confortable, l'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal et un bon wifi
- Les pages Booking signalent un paiement en dollars ou euros uniquement (cartes de crédit acceptées) mais les filles de l'accueil ainsi que le propriétaire font pression pour un règlement en dollars cash. Pas d'équipement pour les cartes bancaires ! Ils m'ont proposé un paiement en dollar via un compte Revolut qui a échoué puis un paiement en euros via un compte Revolut qui a échoué également. Enfin un règlement par virement sur un compte bancaire français ?! Ces palabres ont duré 3 jours....j'ai finalement payé en bolivianos dans leur succursale Eucalyptus à Uyuni qui elle stipule bien DOLLARS CASH UNIQUEMENT ! Tout s'est passé sans colère mais quelle perte de temps !

- No estaba limpia la habitación, en el baño habían en la ducha pelos y en la mesita de noche nos encontramos papeles y restos de hojas…que sería de un anterior huésped . El colchón era muy blando.

+ Casi nada. Si acaso, la distancia al casco viejo y el precio.
- Casi todo. Un sitio muy cutre, viejo y descuidado. El desayuno, más que escaso, no había ni café. Un baño repugnante y un olor a humedad insoportable. Para rematar, nos robaron en Potosí y se nos estropeó el día.

+ El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es céntrica. Al dar las habitaciones a un patio interno el lugar es muy tranquilo.
- Creo que la relación calidad-precio es mala. Las instalaciones deberían mejorarse, podrían incluir dispenser de agua, jabon, shampoo, mejorar el desayuno. Para nosotros no fue problema pero la habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Finalmente, el pago es en dolares o euros, algo que se aclara... lo raro es que si deseas pagar en efectivo debes aclararlo ya que no cuentan con cambio (debes solicitarlo).

- We weren’t able to change the heat setting in the room and the breakfast was quite small. An extra egg at breakfast would be a great low cost improvement
+ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Großes Zimmer. Schnelle Laundry. Warmes Wasser und Heizung. Sehr gute Lage, ca. 5min zum Hauptplatz. Große Dachterrasse. Gutes Frühstück (Käse, Avocado, Obst, Brot, Eier).
- Es gibt nur innenliegende Fenster, dadurch sehr hellhörig. Für 2 Nächte okay.

Stayed here only one night, I would definitely reccommend! Lovely breakfast in the morning and they even prepared it early for us as we had to leave for a bus! Similarly, reception booked a taxi for us to the bus station. Rooftop is a nice addition and the hostel is very central and close to the main square and where the restaurants/ bars that we went to were. Bathroom and room were clean, towels were provided, hot water and duvet was warm ;)
+ Position centrale à Potosí, facile de se déplacer à pied, à 5 min de la place 25 de Mayo. Chambre spacieuse, eau chaude, lit confortable, chauffage 24/24 (même un peu trop fort la nuit 😉). Bon petit-déjeuner. Nous avons pu faire laver nos habits. Belle terrasse panoramique.
- Salle de bain un peu vieillote.

+ L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la terrasse sur le toit
- Établissement resté "dans son jus" depuis des années. Chambre vieillotte. Les chambres donnent sur un patio couvert, avec des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière et les regards. Bruit selon la discrétion des autres clients qui passent sous et devant les fenêtres des chambres.
+ Kind staff who ensured taxi to bus station for me. The location is great, almost next to main square and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Hairdryer is part of the room. Breakfast was great, both salta and sweet version. Plus coca leaves available to help with altitude sickness.
- Bed sheets seemed clean but smelled. One of the towels had stains and just one glass of juice for breakfast.

- A little noisy at times but that was inconsiderate guests. Need better pillows.
+ Fijne plek, vriendelijk personeel (spreken niet allemaal Engels maar erg behulpzaam), heerlijke warme douche. En echt de topper van dit verblijf is het dakterras (ook deels overdekt) met een echte bier/wijn lift.

+ The younger staff were very welcoming and were patient with our lack of Spanish. The breakfast was great, and we appreciated the avocado and freshly squeezed orange juice! The room was spacious and the facilities (hot shower, comfy bed, warm room at night) were excellent. The view from the terrace was awesome, even if walking up the stairs at altitude was exhausting!
- We had no complaints about the property; however, we did not enjoy the fact that the payment was calculated at an unofficial exchange rate that was seemingly plucked out of thin air when we went to pay. Shockingly, we don’t have access to USD in the middle of Bolivia, so having to pay so far above the exchange rate that we can access means we paid almost 20% more than the price on Booking.com. This property is worth the cost it advertises at, but nowhere near the level it should be when you take the exchange rate nonsense into account.
+ - The manager was super helpful in sorting out my overnight bus to La Paz, saving me so much hassle and time potentially having to travel to the new bus terminal, which is faaaaar. - They accommodated my early check-in. - View from the rooftop terrace rivals those paid viewpoints across the city. You get to watch the sunset too which isnt possible at those other places. - The hottest shower in the whole Bolivia. Also it felt like there was underfloor heating as the floor was strangely warm (which was great as it was cold in Potosi at night).
- - breakfast was slightly bland. - couldn't take advantage of the blue dollar exchange rate as you pay in USD (or €)
+ Gute Lage und tolles rooftop
+ Le lieu tranquille, la situation par rapport au centre historique, le petit déjeuner. Il y a de l'eau chaude et du chauffage.
