Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. We got attacked in the area, prior to checking in, and decided to reduce our stay from 3 nights to 1, hostel was not empathetic and refused our cancellation due to paying prior to check in. Room smelt of urine, bathroom was dirty, and staff played heavy metal music until the early morning keeping all in our room awake. A couple of the members of reception staff did try to help us to cancel the booking however these were denied and a new cancel...
13 months into travel and my first bad review for a hostel. Avoid this hostel whatever you do. Close to 100 reviews and an average of 7. Stayed one night never again. Avoid at all costs!
Das Hostel ist an einem ruhigen Ort gelegen, jedoch war es durch die Hunde die sie hatten nicht mehr wirklich ruhig. In der Nacht haben sie sehr viel gebellt, das hat wirklich genervt. Die Dusche hatte einen Timer und man hatte nur 7min Zeit zu duschen was ich eine absolute Frechheit finde. Beim Stockbett hatte es keine Leiter und dadurch war es sehr mühsam auf das obere Bett zu kommen.
The hostel is located in a quiet place, however it was because of the dogs that they had become really quiet. at night they have been barking a lot, that really annoyed. the shower had a timer and you had only 7min to shower which I find an absolute freak. beim stockbett it had no ladder and this made it very difficult to get on the little bed.
Hostel très moyen. L’emplacement n’est pas idéal. Accueil sympathique mais peu professionnel : aucune information donnée, ne parle quasiment pas anglais… Quand le wifi nous fait l’honneur d’être disponible, il est très lent (dans la chambre rouge en tous cas). Les salles de bain n’ont pas toujours de savon pour les mains ou de PQ et les douches sont sales. L’hostel en lui-même n’est pas désagréable mais, subjectivement, je ne m’y suis pas senti spécialement à l’aise...
Hostel very average. Location is not ideal. Friendly but not very professional reception: no information given, hardly speaks English... When the wifi makes us the honor of being available, it is very slow (in the red room anyway). The bathrooms don't always have hand soap or PQ and the showers are dirty. The hostel itself is not unpleasant but, subjectively, I don't feel particularly comfortable in it.
I would not recommend staying here! It is not what was advertised. No AC, not a single person speaks English very dirty, staff took an hour to check me in. U cannot leave the hostel between midnight and 7 during the week there is a curfew! Also very unsafe neighborhood Do not stay here!
El personal todo bien, el hostel se encuentra en un barrio que no es el mejor, limpio y cómodo lugar, pero no hay atmósfera de viajeros.
The staff is all right, the hostel is located in a neighborhood that is not the best, clean and comfortable place, but there is no atmosphere of travelers.
Estruturas do hostel são bem simples, principalmente camas e banheiros. Os beliches são improvisados e se vc não tomar muito cuidado ao subir de descer pode derrubar toda a estrutura. Os banheiros são bem simples e colocam temporizador no seu banho. Eu nem demoro mais de 5 minutos no banho, mas ter um temporizador me soa muito mesquinho e deixou a experiência de tomar banho ainda pior.
The structures of the hostel are quite simple, mainly beds and bathrooms. The bunk beds are improvised and if you are not very careful when going up and down you can knock down the whole structure. The bathrooms are quite simple and I put a timer in your bathroom. I don't stay more than 5 minutes in the bathroom, but having a timer sounds very mean to me and made the experience of taking a bath even worse.
The dogs kept us up all night barking, and the staff played music and talked till almost 4am. Other than that the place met our standards for a one night stay. The location felt a bit unsafe, although the building itself felt secure. Cannot comment on atmosphere as we were the only two people staying in the hostel. PSA: Ubers will take you to the wrong hostel. Overall impression: wouldn’t stay again, but was fine for our one night stay. (Also— check the written reviews!)

Ótimo lugar para chegar, ficar e sair de são paulo, "perto" da rodoviária, alguns minutos de uber mesmo no caos das 5 da tarde, bom atendimento, linda equipe de voluntários sempre dispostos a explicar e ajudar, lugar calmo e de fácil acesso ao resto da cidade. Voltarei um dia com certeza.
Great place to arrive, stay and leave São Paulo, "close" to the bus station, a few minutes by uber even in the chaos of 5 pm, good service, nice team of volunteers always willing to explain and help, quiet place and easy access to the rest of the city.

The staff was really nice and the guy at the front was super friendly and helpful. The beds bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Kitchen was a bit small but I only stayed one night so no issues here!

Friendly staff, reception 24/7. Only stayed one night but had everything we needed; clean shower and kitchen, chill common area and large room.

Me pareceu mais uma casa de hospedagem do que um hostel, no sentido da convivência e do acolhimento. Também achei barulhento, as portas ficaram batendo a manhã toda. A localização é ótima mas falta calor humano.
I found it more like a guest house than a hostel, no sense of coexistence and hospitality. i also found it noisy, the doors were banging all morning. the location is great but lacks human warmth.

Olá, O staff foi ótimo, me atendeu muito bem, mas teve um momento em que começaram a brigar entre si na frente dos hospedados, foi bem desagradável.
Ótima experiência, pessoal atencioso e gentil, ótima localização
