Présence de punaises de lit dans deux lits, réaction très limitée du personnel qui n'a même pas enlevé les draps infectés.

Je déconseille fortement cette auberge de jeunesse car le séjour a été vraiment mauvais sur plusieurs points. Tout d’abord, il y avait des punaises de lit, ce qui est inacceptable et a rendu les nuits très difficiles, sans oublier que certaines personnes ont retrouvé des boutons. L’hygiène générale n’était pas bonne : les douches étaient sales et le ménage était mal fait dans les chambres. Il y avait aussi pas mal de problèmes avec les équipements, car certains ne marchaient pas ou étaient cassés. Pour la nourriture, c’était très répétitif et pas équilibré. On mangeait souvent les mêmes sandwiches (en parlant des pics-niques, une mandarine pourrie a été trouvée.), et le soir c’était presque toujours des pâtes ou du riz. On ne mangeait donc que des féculents, sans vrais repas complets. Certaines personnes sont même tombées malades… je passe les détails des maladies 💩🤮 Le personnel n’était pas très agréable : ils étaient parfois moqueurs et pas respectueux. Ils ont aussi fait des accusations injustifiées concernant l’achat d’alcool, ce qui n’était pas correct. Enfin, l’organisation n’était pas très bonne, notamment parce qu’il n’y avait pas assez de pique-niques prévus pour les sorties.

La première nuit a été très perturbée : un des colocataires ronflait extrêmement fort toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil presque impossible. Le matin, vers 9h, nous avons allumé la lumière de la chambre pour nous préparer. La lumière était assez douce (bien moins intense que la lumière naturelle du jour), et nous espérions sincèrement que la personne derrière le rideau ne se réveillerait même pas. Malheureusement, cela a provoqué une réaction très agressive et une dispute de sa part. La chambre était occupée uniquement par des hommes (à part ma sœur et moi), ce qui nous a mises mal à l’aise et ne nous a pas permis de nous sentir entièrement en sécurité.

Certains clients ne respectent pas la qualité de sommeil d'autres dormeurs en mettant leurs Iphones sur haut parleur, au lieu de mettre des écouteurs sur leurs oreilles. Un peu de respect tout de même.

On peut pas s'attendre mieux vu sa situation. Bien placé Metro buzenval 50m environ. Commerce à proximité. Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Chambre dortoir 3 lits. Côté hygiène aucun risque de punaises de lit car matelas plastifiés; la salle de bain manque de rafraîchir un peu. Un peu bruyant mais ça m'a pas dérangé car je dors bien. Petit déjeuner suffisant surtout les produits de la ruche qui dit oui. Et le top des tops j'ai vraiment apprécié de pouvoir garder la chambre avant mon vol un peu plus tard monnayant quelques euros. Merci aux équipes.

Eines der schlechtesten Hostels in denen ich bisher übernachtet habe. Waren hier mit 19 Leuten auf Klassenfahrt gewesen und war einfach nur eine totale Katastrophe. Hatten am Anfang bedenken weil kurz vorher eine Rezension über Bettwanzen verfasst wurde und haben aber vom Personal versichert bekommen das die Spürhunde am Tag vorher noch dar waren und gecheckt Haben ob die da welche sind. Dennoch haben wir Bettwanzen im Zimmer gefunden ob Wohl die ja angeblich nicht da sein sollen als wir sogar eine gefangen hatten und dem Personal gezeigt haben schienen die Recht wenig beeindruckt. Frühstück gibt es auch so gut wie nichts zu Auswahl, vorallem für Allergiker. Die Zimmer sind außerdem super dreckig und wir haben unter den Betten sowohl Essensreste als auch Medikamente gefunden. Als wir das Personal hierauf angesprochen haben haben die das "aufgeräumt" das aufräumen Bestand aber nur aus den Dreck weiter unter die Matratze zu schieben erst nach einem erneuten erbitten haben sie es weggeräumt. Die Dachterrasse wird außerdem die ganze Zeit an externe Vermietet. Man kann als Hostel Bewohner somit nicht oben entspannen da es permanent voll ist. Dies erklärt auch die guten Bewertungen da diese Leute nie die Zimmer von innen gesehen haben. Es gibt soviele Hostels in Paris die besser sind hier würde ich die Finger von weglassen.

Wir waren auf Klassenfahrt mit 25 Personen dort untergebracht – und es war leider eine absolute Zumutung. Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig: Überall lag Staub, die Betten waren unhygienisch, und an den Wänden und sogar an der Decke waren Finger-, Hand- und sogar Fußabdrücke zu sehen – absolut widerlich. Manche Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, was besonders nachts unangenehm war. Die Badezimmer pro Etage waren eine Katastrophe: dreckig, schimmlig, und es roch permanent unangenehm. Die Duschen sahen aus, als wären sie seit Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt worden – gelb, schmuddelig und einfach nur eklig. Abschließen konnte man viele von ihnen auch nicht – bei Gemeinschaftsbädern ein absolutes No-Go. Besonders schlimm: Ein Zimmer musste komplett gesperrt und ausgeräuchert werden – wegen Bettwanzen. Das allein hätte schon gereicht, um uns den Aufenthalt komplett zu vermiesen. Auch in der Lobby und den Fluren hat es ständig gestunken, was das ganze Gebäude noch ungemütlicher gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war kaum der Rede wert: minimale Auswahl, altes und schwabbeliges Obst und Gemüse – absolut unappetitlich. Fazit: Für Gruppenreisen, Schulklassen oder generell alle, die auf eine gewisse Sauberkeit Wert legen, ist dieses Hostel wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff is nice, breakfast is okay and the place is near the subway and a supermarket, but I wouldn't return: very poor hygiene in general, specially the bathroom and the Happy House. We found bed bugs in our room..., all of this made our stay kind of uncomfortable. I dont like the fact that the room had nearly no lights.

We went on a trip with the University and the experience was traumatic. The rooms where dark, cold and claustrophobic and had bed bugs! The bathroom was shared and the sinks where very dirty, they only cleaned once a day and considering that a lot of people used the bathrooms it was traumatic. The showers where not cleaned properly and when you tell the staff about the bedbugs they dismissed it sayibg they woluld check the room, spoiler alert they didn't. After showing them twice they offered to change the bedsheets but that was already too late. WORST EXPERIENCE.

⚠️WARNING: BED BUG INFESTATION ⚠️⚠️ I stayed at this hostel for a week during my trip to Paris. I had high hopes as it looked quite modern but was overall majorly disappointmented. The only convenient pro was the location being right next to metro line 9 and a supermarket. Otherwise, everything else was quite awful. The rooms: overcrowded with hot stinky air and no good circulation. The beds were not mattresses but rather a firm and uncomfortable plastic type. The toilets were open to the hallway with no privacy, no proper place to put your stuff which end up all wet from showering. The staff: extremely unhelpful and lacked any sense of geniuine empathy. The common room: right next to the entrance, was casually being rented for events from outside of the hostel, which made the hostel not so friendly, unsafe and uncomfortable. To top this all off, at the end of my trip I came across bed bugs in my room. I reported it at 2 AM, directly packed my bags and left the room. The next day, the staff approaches me to offer their not so sincere appologies. One staff member offered to even wash my clothes, but after I accepted, they retaliated and became quite dismissive, arguing and lying right to my face. The whole thing was very strange, confusing and honestly pittiful. I strongly hope that they manage to fix their recurring bed bug issue instead of ignoring it, and hopefully gain a bit of professionalism along the way. I do not recommend this hostel to anyone considering it, for the bed bug situation alone. It is the last thing you want to catch during your travelings, so run the opposite direction!! It does not seem like the hostel is doing anything about it. There are a lot of nicer, cleaner and safer hostels around.

Fantastic hostel, no bed bugs, no problems, lively bar and cafe downstairs, good wifi, the best hostel I’ve stayed in by far. Staff are fantastic can’t do enough for you. Will be back again, hopefully in summer so we can make use of the gorgeous roof top bar. 10/10 recommend, don’t hesitate to book with this place.

The room was noisy (you could hear the street very clearly). They have free earplugs available at reception. I was bitten a couple of times by bedbugs. There weren't many plates/bowls/cutlery available in the "Happy House". They have lockers, but they charge for padlock rental, so bring your own padlock.
