I got bed bugs from this place, very very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I slept in a couples bed, he slept next to the wall and woke up with many bed bug bites

I needed a place to stay for catching my flight the flight the next morning. The train station is about 5-7 min walk which is nice. The door/entrance was super narrow I couldn’t even roll in my carry-on luggage. The guy who checked me in I’m sure he was high. The reception is in the same place as the bar so it was loud and unpleasant. All you smell is weed. No soaps not even soaps to wash your hands with. I had bed bugs bite all over my one arms and my back. Would not recommend.

Got bedbugs! Not a fun experience. I have bites all over me now and I am so paranoid about carrying them with me.

To be fair, the staff did give us money to wash our clothes and buy ointment — I do appreciate that part. But what really upset me was how they handled the refund. At first, they said we could get our room fee refunded, but later told us we had to write an email ourselves to request it. What made it worse was overhearing a staff member casually say something like “I’m helping the babies” while talking to another colleague. That was extremely insulting and unprofessional. We were dealing with a health and hygiene issue — not being dramatic. Being mocked while seeking help made the entire situation even more frustrating. I expected a more responsible and respectful response. Handling a bed bug incident shouldn’t fall back on the guests, and joking about us behind our backs is just unacceptable. 這次住宿讓我感到非常不愉快。 我在房間發現臭蟲，這種情況非常噁心，也完全不能接受。 必須承認，當下的員工有給我們洗衣和買藥膏的費用，這一點我願意肯定。但讓我最不滿的是關於退款的處理方式：原本員工說可以退房費，結果後來卻說要我們自己寫email聯絡申請退款，完全沒有主動負責任的態度。 更讓我火大的是，我們還親耳聽到其中一位員工在跟同事聊天時，用英文說類似「I’m helping the babies」這種話，語氣輕蔑又不尊重。我們是在反映一個關乎健康與衛生的嚴重問題，卻被當作愛抱怨的小孩一樣嘲笑，這實在讓人無法接受。 這樣的處理方式不但不負責，還讓人感受到被看不起。我不會再來這間旅店，也希望其他旅客三思。

The hostel has bed bugs and I was bit several times - be careful (other people had issues too if you check past posts and nothing was done to fix it)!!! Additionally, the staff was very cliquey and dominated the hostel atmosphere, making it feel unwelcoming. The bedrooms were also very stuffy, and the bathroom had a strong sour smell that was unpleasant. I hope the management will address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

I hate to be that person because I did really enjoy my time here, but I checked out yesterday and all day Ive had bedbug bites popping up and itching. I’ve never had these before and it’s really annoying because now I’m probably gonna have to get rid of a bunch of stuff And I’m worried about them coming home with me.

Roomed on the basement with no ventilation, really not cleaned, good location but chances of getting bed bugs down there. It's a horrible and too student dorm vibes for a hostel. Untidy!

There are some bed bugs crawling on my shirt when I woke up in the morning.

Got bedbugs from the establishment :( (and no it’s not a small thing like the hostel said - imagine your legs, hands, neck and your eyebrow having up to 5cm red itchy spots! and after a week of scratching your skin to bleed, the spots don’t disappear themselves, you have to buy a cream for the discoloration and even now after 2 weeks you can still clearly see them) also the cleaning of the rooms is a joke - the staff sprays Febreeze for 5 minutes straight while the guests are in the room to kill the smell of sweat and dirt and everything in general is sticky? the bed frame - sticky! the carpet - sticky! the bathroom faucets - sticky! the floors - sticky! the bar - sticky!

YOU WILL GET BEDBUGS!!! I stayed here from Sep 7-8 and my friend and I got intense bedbugs in the mixed 12-person room. We are still recovering 2 weeks later.

This place gave us bed bugs!!! The whole building smelled and looked dirty, and the smoking area was right outside our room. I would not recommend the mixed dorms here as the rooms are not very clean, and overall atmosphere was not for college age. The location was on a dirty street, though it was close to the city center. Staff was friendly, but 1 night was enough for us here.

Location amazing. However bed had bedbugs which put a damper on things.

Infested by bed bugs, got bitten. Could use some courtesy reminder for guests, my roommate decided to wake everyone up at 4am by turning the lights on and doing all sorts of packing at 4am.

Ended up with tons of bed bug bites from this place.

I had bedbugs in my bed (possibly) disgusting like there no atmosphere like if you didn’t get along with your roommates you’re not going to find a person to hangout with. No activities but only at night its okay I would say but the bedbugs is what getting me

Great atmosphere in this hostel, my friends and I had a good time there. But how can we be satisfied when we found bedbugs in our beds ? We have been stung everywhere...

Quite disappointed by the room quality compared to the price. The first one we got was really old and in a bad state. We killed what looked like bed bugs and immediately warned the reception. Really helping and nice people who changed our room but sadly it wasn’t a private one whereas we paid it at first.. they gave us a compensation but nothing really compared our tranquility for our girl trip ! Otherwise nice people in there, good ambiance and really good staff. Breakfast can be improved tho !
