Guest house Mercanti Attics

The room is not clean, dust everywhere, bedsheets smells and my daughter got bed bugs from sleeping on the sofa bed.It was very bad. The air conditioning is not strong and it switch off automatically at a certain time, so you might be sleeping and wake up sweating because it was off by itself. The noise from the tram, buses and car was so bad that we couldn't sleep at all and they even provide earplugs because of how strong the noise is. The lift is very old and small and we have to close 2 doors to be able to use it. So when guests forget to close one or the 2 doors, it can't be used.

The property is invested in bed bugs and we asked to have our money back and they refused, Me and my partner left there covered in bed bug bits

La propreté, je ne suis pas persuadée que la taie d'oreiller ait été changée (un cheveu et des plis douteaux). Et pire : j'ai du quitter la chambre pendant la nuit à cause des punaises de lit ! Le fait que si on arrive plus tard que 21h00, il y ait une "pénalité équivalente à 1/3 du prix de la chambre à payer en cash ! sans facture.....
