Crawling with bed bugs

Vile conditions. Drug dealers dealing drugs during the night. No hand soap. Toilet covered in vomit and urine. Shared bathroom facilities that were disgusting and mouldy. We all got bit from fleas or bed bugs. Door wouldn't lock properly as has previously been kicked in. Very unsafe place to stay for vulnerable woman with children. We stayed awake all night as someone kept peering through our bedroom window outside. Awful place ! I've never felt so scared in all my life ! Never ever again ! I want a full refund for the stress this put me and my family through

The possibility there may have been bed bugs that weren’t spotted in the room I’ve stayed in, as I’ve came out in rashes and have spots that look to be bed bug bites

Not clean at all

Well next days i was covered in bites from bed bugs 🐛. So definitely they need to focus on the hygiene can't treat stuff like that. Not expecting 5 star but it's all about hygiene....

Didn't like anything had bed bugs very disgusting I want a refund had to sleep in our car

Very poor hotel, firstly the door didn't unlock, then walking into the room the bed sheets were on the floor not made so had to make ourself only to find bugs in the bedding, and to top it off the mattress may aswell be a bag of spring as I actually couldn't sleep and being laid there all night I have indents in my skin from the springs it was that bad

There was bugs in the bed, the windows wouldnt close properly. The toilets are like a plane toilet on the morning a couple of us had bites not sure if this was because of the bugs we had seen in the room we changed or from mosquitoes.

My bed had bed bugs and I have around 25 bites which still really hurt 24 hours later

Waking up, I noticed an itching sensation, which I initially brushed off, until I jumped when I spotted a bug crawling across my pillow. I decided to inspect the bedding further, only to find multiple bed bugs infesting the pillow, bed sheets, and duvet, we also found a gray sports bra stuck behind the bed and headboard. This further highlighting the hotel's lack of thorough cleaning practices. Given the gravity of the situation I cut short my stay and left the hotel. When I calmly informed the staff about the bed bugs, I expected a prompt and apologetic response. However, they reacted defensively and made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
