The places location is perfect and the facilities are great However the cleanliness is the worst (beds) i woke up after the first night with bed bugs bites over unexposed areas of my body . The bathrooms are always clean but the beds are not. I recommend the place only if u checked the bed before sleeping on it. Great place bad beds.

Unexpected costs after our stay I stayed at Sunset Destination Hostel with two friends between 26 February and 2 March. During the stay one of my friends found a bed bug in the bed, which we immediately reported to the staff. Even if only one insect was found, situations like this create a serious concern for travelers. After returning home, all of us had to take preventive actions to make sure we didn’t bring bed bugs back with us. This meant taking many of our belongings — including clothes, coats, backpacks and other items — to a professional laundry service, because several of them could not simply be washed at home. This resulted in significant unexpected expenses, which is not something you expect to deal with after a hostel stay. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of willingness from management to acknowledge the inconvenience caused and find a reasonable solution to compensate at least part of the extra costs we had to face. Traveling should not end with concerns about possible bed bug exposure and additional expenses to sanitize all your belongings. Based on this experience, I would recommend future travelers to carefully consider their options before booking here.

Terrible management and disgusting customer service. They don't care about their patrons, I'd never stay here again. Our room had bed bugs.
