   Great basic hostel, but location is amazing. When you check in, they tell you that you get a free drink at the bar, if you leave a 5 star review, which is a bit sketchy. Shower and bathroom were good. Beds had plugs and small table, but I ended up with the ”worst” bed, since the curtains didn’t cover the whole bed unlike in the other beds. Location amazing though. I think the price quality ratio doesn’t quite match, but that’s due to hostel rates all over Barcelona. Overall had a good stay.

   The elevators were not serviced for a long time. My family tipped over few times because the elevator was not in a level. The room was so small and there was no space to stand up or move. We told the staff more than 4 times about the elevators but nothing happened. The breakfast was so expensive 8€ per person. I don’t recommend staying there at all. They give everyone a barcode to give them 5 star rating and instead offer a free drink. They exactly know that the hostel is not in a good shape.

   This isn’t really a hostel, it’s a bad hotel which happens to have dorms. Staff seem like they just want to clock in and out so doesn’t have the friendliness of a hostel and the shared areas are not good for meeting others and seem to just be there to say it is a hostel. It is very expensive so not good value but that might be a Barcelona thing. It has a good rating as you get a free drink if you leave a 5* review and the staff check your phone to make sure you’ve left the review before serving.

   I detest that places like this bribe people with free drinks if they leave a 5 star review. I did not have a good experience and was highly annoyed wi the my experience. If you are a high school trip from the US, this place is perfect, but otherwise I’d steer clear.

   Overpriced for the facilities - small rooms and bathroom dirty with shower seal broken. There are posters everywhere offering free drinks st the bar if you leave a 5* review, so it's likely that a lot of reviews can't be trusted. Access is by keycard and the location was convenient, but besides this, it was not worth the money at all.

   Pros: - good location, affordable (based on the area), great facilities, amazing breakfast (charger extra). cons:- too crowded, in my case the privacy curtains were almost off the hinges, less WC as compared to number of ppl in the room, staff was not very warm and welcoming. overall still a decent place to stay. most of the five star review are obtained by offering a free beer don't fall for it

   Overall, an okay stay but cleanliness was a big letdown. The common areas and hallways were quite dirty, and the room itself was dusty from floor to shelf to shower. Sheets and towels were clean, though. The double room was also much smaller than in the photos. Honestly, it’s a 6/10 at best, the high online ratings might be thanks to their “free drink for a 5-star review” deal at the bar.

   Read reviews - they give you a drink for a 5 star review which is BS. Staff is great and helpful. Beds are uncomfy (they did have curtains and good size lockers though), A/C was broken (seems to be common here or they just don't fix it - however, ask for a plug-in AC unit), vibe is decent enough. There is NO pool just a tiny 2-3 person hot tub, also broken. Also you have to pay to store your bag after you check-out, idk many places will also hold it for you. They just squeeze every euro..
