Es hatte Bettwanzen und ich hatte viele Stiche davon. Es wurde zwar ein neues Zimmer gegeben aber anscheinden ist das schon häufig vorgekommen.

Woke up with swollen bites all over—even on my eyelid. As a former digital nomad, I knew the signs instantly: bed bugs. I searched the sheets and caught one on video. I know even great places get them, so I didn't get mad, as long as they handle this - fair game, they can't control who shows up. The staff apologized and refunded my stay. When I returned later to grab my bags, the manager claimed they had closed and disinfected the room . I decided to check for myself. Lo and behold, the room was open and new guests were already in the bunks—including mine. When confronted, the manager just spewed weak excuses. Bed bugs aren't a minor inconvenience; getting rid of them is an absolute nightmare. And they spread fast. If you stay in this hostel you need to fumigate your luggage when you're back - not kidding. IF YOU ARE NOT SCARED, DO SOME RESEARCH. This team is completely irresponsible and actively putting people at risk. I would rather sleep outside on the bench than have to deal with this now.

The bed unfortunately had bedbugs. The staff dealt with this very quickly. I was placed in another bed but the bunk was broken at the bottom. So wasnt the best. But it was a nice base and a good little communal area.

The young grils and boys usually don’t have anywhere to sleep so je takes advatage of that and uses them and one when decide he tell they need to look for a house the next day… and kicked them out.. I was there when I saw a young teenage girl CRYING because she got kicked out without any explanation and he told her he don’t need her anymore and now she sleeps on the street SHE IS LITERALLY 19!!! When I ask him why and told she doesn’t have anywhere to go at least you can give her 2 days to look for something and hes respond was “I DONT CARE” Als they are BED BUGS IN THE BEDS!!!

Présence de punaises de lit ! J'en ai informé la réception qui n'a pas cherché à me reloger. Il me restait une nuit et m'ont indiqué ne pas avoir de chambres disponibles. J'ai donc dû redormir avec les punaises de lit. Aucun remboursement n'a été effectué malgré mes demandes, elles restent sans réponse. C'est inadmissible. FUYEZ

Le personnel était sympa mais les lieux très vétustes, matériels usés et j'ai retrouvé des punaises de lits dans mes affaires ainsi que des marques sur mes mains, pieds, ... L'hôtel prévenu n'est jamais revenu vers moi... À fuir...

Attention, piqûres durant la nuit et des punaises de lit retrouvées le lendemain dans mes affaires après avoir quitté les lieux ! Matériel vétuste et ancien. Certaines douches n'ont pas d'eau chaude. Les lits grincent et bougent beaucoup trop la nuit et les chambres sont petites.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with all hostels I’ve been to, but all this can be explained, the worst is that there was bedbugs everywhere when i checked the room before entering and checked in and paying, so i refused to stay in the hostel but the host tried to force me to pay so i refused respectfully, the next day he tried to take the amount from my bank account, this was not acceptable i hope he won’t try it again, the worst scenario is taking bedbugs with me from some hostel !!!

Their female dormitory is infested with bed bugs. I went back to France with allergic reactions from the bed bug bites. When I reached out to them to ask for compensation for the medical expenses I incurred, they basically gaslit me that I might have gotten it from a different place (which I'm sure I didn't since I only slept in their hostel for the duration of my stay in Milan) since they already "killed" all the bugs last summer. Lol. They also said that unless I showed the insects during my stay, they wouldn't refund me. Haha. Like I would have known that I was bitten by bed bugs every time I slept there. Terrible conflict resolution. Now I'm traumatized to stay in hostels. Don't book this hostel.

L’hôtel vraiment si pourri il était plein de punaises de lit ils m’ont piqué toute la nuit

Bonjour.. franchement je suis très déçu .. hôtel dégueulasse pourri .. Y’a les punaises de lit ils m’ont .. bouffé .. et en plus les employés de l'auberge ont été très agressifs j’ai resté choqué ..

Me encontré con unos pequeños amigos durante mis noches en koala. Recomiendo un poco más de limpieza por parte del personal, pues en mi ultimo día me desperté plagado de mordidas de chinches y bed bugs. Una lastima, pues me había encantado el hostel, pero esto baja mucho puntos.

The hostel was generally dirty, although I did see people cleaning all the time. There was a shower room, two of which were out of service, where the lights would go out halfway through my shower, and there was no way of turning it on again without exiting the shower. There were only three toilets in the whole floor, and people had to queue for quite a long time to get in. I stayed for a total of 4 nights in two different rooms: in the first one, the bedsprings of the bed above mine were broken and hung above my head; in the second one, a fellow traveler found bed bugs, and instead of moving us all in a different room to quarantine that one to get rid of bed bugs, they just told us to stay out of the room for a few hours.

Habían chinches y estaba muy sucio, tuve que abandonar mi estancia el 2o día y no me devolvieron mi dinero ni siquiera de las noches que no estuve allí.

¿Por dónde empezar? El ventilador en la habitación giraba demasiado despacio, podías seguirlo con la mirada, no refrescaba, hacía muchísima calor, se estaba más fresco en el pasillo. Había UNA sola ducha para todo el hostal, el resto no funcionaban, la que funcionaba se atascaba y el agua subía cada vez que te duchabas, era surrealista. La cocina super sucia, el fregadero atascado y con mal olor. Las tarjetas de fichar no funcionan bien, y una vez que no me funcionó el recepcionista me dijo que era porque no la había utilizado para salir, le dije que si lo había hecho y él me dijo que no, que no lo había hecho (si no se usa no se puede salir). A una compañera de cuarto le desapareció maquillaje y un bikini. Esta mañana (tras la 2a noche) nos hemos dado cuenta de que habían chinches en nuestras camas, una de ellas estaba infectada al máximo y habían picado muchísimo al chico en ella, se niegan a darnos un rembolso, lo único que proponen es cambiarnos de habitación (si hay en una habitación hay en todas) y pagarnos la crema de las picaduras. Me he ido al momento, tenía 2 noches más reservadas, tampoco me han devuelto ese dinero, ahora estoy buscando algún sitio donde quedarme, realmente horrible, no os alojéis allí, el precio no merece la pena. Además está muy lejos de todos sitios, tienes que tomar el metro para ir a todos lados, evitar a toda costa.

Do not stay here. There has been no problem with bed bugs until I got to this place and not in jam packed with them. there is also no air con so it's miserable at night.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hostel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to several issues. Firstly, the room was extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. With eight people sharing the room and only one electric fan, the conditions were unbearable. Additionally, I was covered in bedbug bites, which were incredibly itchy and distressing. When I approached the receptionist for help, showing the bites and explaining my discomfort, I was only offered another blanket or the option to upgrade to a 6-bed room at an additional cost. This response was wholly inadequate given the circumstances. While I understand that your hostel is budget-friendly, basic comfort and hygiene should still be a priority. My stay felt more like a prison experience rather than a hostel. As of now, I still have bedbug bites on my arm and body, which continue to cause discomfort. I hope you take these issues seriously and work to improve the conditions for future guests.

There were BEDBUGS , when i said it to the staff i was moved to the bed right next to the previous one and i was told they would do something about them. That same night someone else was assigned the bed on which i was bitten. I arrived home with over 100 bites all over my body, in need of antihistamines and paranoid about having brought them to my home. The people were very nice, but i wouldn’t recommend staying there until they fix the issue completely, and they apparently have been struggling with it for a while. Two of the showers were out of order. To enter you have to ring a door bell, and i could hear it very clearly when i wanted to sleep, which wasn’t too pleasant.

There was locker but weird lock design which you have to buy the lock pad. There was bed bug .

PUNAISE DE LIT !!! Hostel à l'hygiène fortement douteuse, les parties sanitaires sentent mauvais, équipement bouchés et le ménage est rudimentaire. Option peu chère sur Milan mais à éviter si possible.

Mais que font les services d'hygiène ?! A fuir ! 1 étoile à défaut de pouvoir mettre moins ... Les sanitaires sont absolument dégueulasses, tout comme les chambres qui sont en plus hyper bruyantes, et infestées de punaises de lit !! Quelle surprise en rentrant chez moi ....

Nalezeny štěnice v posteli. (we found bed bugs in the bed.) Žádali jsme o náhradu, dostali jsme pokoj kde bylo min posteli než osob. Museli jsme koupit ubytování jinde. Peníze zpět jsme nedostali. Majitel řekl, že ho to nezajímá.

Les photos ne reflètent pas l'état de l'etablissement. Vetuse, non conforme, chambre/placard insalubre. Lits grincent. Et en plus des punaises de lits. Aucune désynchronisation des chambres. Sont relouées ensuite. A fuir. Seul point positif près du métro.

PUNAISES DE LIT établissement à fuir, un petit prix ne justifiera jamais des chambres sales, des douches puantes et mal entretenus ainsi qu'une infestation de punaise de lit dans chaque chambres. Nous y étions pour un voyage avec plusieurs classes d'étudiants et chaque étudiants a eu affaire a des punaises de lits. Et lorsqu'on vous reloges dans une autre chambre (elle aussi infestée) ils ne se gênent pas de mettre de nouvelles personnes directement dans l'ancienne, l'établissement est à fuir.

Las camas tienen chinches, literalmente me asusté más de una vez con un bicho caminando arriba mío. Aparte la primera habitación tenía almohadas con olor a muerte, sentía asco de irme a dormir. En general muy desagradables las piezas, yo tenía únicamente acceso a enchufes si metía la mano abajo de la cama( dónde estaban toda la mugre) en los lockers solo entraba una mochila. No sé respetaba el silencio en las noches desde la recepción.

Alors déjà, j'avais un doute que mon lit avait des punaises de lit, car j'arrêtais pas de me gratter toute la nuit ce qui m'a empêché de dormir toute la nuit, de plus le lendemain j'ai constaté des marques comme si des punaises m'ont mordu sur mon corps, j'ai fini par changer de chambre et ça allait, par contre la cuisine c'est atroce, trop petite, pas de place pour faire à manger, pas de petit déjeuner d'offert, ambiance pas ouf, les lits sont atroces, dans un état déplorable et beaucoup trop usés, et vraiment l'hostel est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est

Hormis son emplacement proche du métro et des commerces de proximité pour le reste.... Mur des chambres vétuste peinture qui s'écaille La poussière du ventilateur du plafond n'étant même pas en mesure d en donner sa couleur d'origine... Sommier composé d'une latte sur 3.. Lepose savon des douches rouillé depuis des années Le reste étant tout aussi vétuste A plus de 40e la nuit on pourrait tout de même espérait un peu plus de qualité et confort... Sans parler des suspicions de punaises de lit constaté par plusieurs hôte présent Seul côté positif et que le personnel d'accueil et agréable et souriant on comprend pourquoi...

Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures online. It’s dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, the sheets are nasty (our skin itches from the beds), it’s noisy, and the list goes on. The location is nice but that’s about it. I would save my money and go somewhere else. Update: there are bedbugs 🤢🤮

I found bedbugs on my bed and little bit hot in the dormitory but they speedily dealt with it when I asked them
