I got bed bugs. My whole back and arms were red from bites. They did offer me a full refund at least and told me that they closed the room and chemically cleaned it.

The bedbugs!! And the room facing the street is extremely noisy even around 4,5 o’clock in the morning.

1. Sanitary. Super super terrible. Floor is dirty, the whole room including the bed sheets when I entered was untidy. WHAT IS WORSE IS BEDBUGS! I got ten more bites on my chest, back , arms and neck. However when I reported it to the manager he just denied saying that the bites are not from bedbugs💀and also suspect the photos I provided are fake😅you are not the judge or even the doctor. 2. Noise from the streets and alarms are whole night. NOT ONE MINUTE OF CALM STAY! 3. The bunk bed is non-stable! I was shaken as if there is an earthquake when the person on the upper bed moves.

El peor hostel de mi vida. La limpieza no se hace presente en ningún lado, las sábanas y almohadas manchadas con restos de maquillaje, con pelos incrustados, olores desagradables… Las literas rotas e incómodas. El servicio es nefasto, no se preocupan ni por el bienestar, ni por la comodidad del huésped. Recibimos burlas en ocasiones, cuando preguntamos y reclamamos por la higiene, y su respuesta a los problemas fue siempre la misma, el desentendimiento. Lo peor es la constante sensación de fatiga, e incertidumbre por no saber qué te vas a encontrar. Debajo de las camas había restos de basura e incluso vimos una cucaracha muerta. Al llegar a casa, lo primero que hicimos fue dejar la maleta fuera por miedo a que tuviera chinches. En resumen, venden un tipo de servicio y hospedaje que no es el real. Si no quieres pasar los peores días de tu vida, te recomiendo saltarte esta parada en tu viaje a Madrid.

Bed had bedbugs and staff didn’t care. Room and bathroom were dirty. Location was ok but nothing crazy. Place has no kitchen and barely any utensils as well. Would not recommend!

The first night I was bitten by bed bugs. There were 5 of them and they were very large. I took pictures and went to the reception. Her response was very cold. She told me that she could not change the room and that I could leave the hostel if I wanted. It was 2 in the morning. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to leave. They reminded me to go and book a hotel. I will never forget this experience.

Habia chinches y garrapatas

No recomiendo el hostel ya que en la habitación 51 cama 3 me picaron chinches o algún tipo de bicho que me provocó una reacción alérgica, estuve con fiebre, comezón y ardor. Mi compañera vió en su cama un bicho. presenté el reclamo pero no se hicieron responsable porque no encontraron nada en la cama pero las picaduras están. Ya han pasado 2 días y sigo con canadryl. Tengo picadura en el cuello, frente, manos. Un asco!!!!!

No lo recomiendo para nada, súper sucio y mala atención. Mi amiga amaneció con picaduras de chinches en todo el cuerpo y no se hicieron cargo de NADA. Las camas super incómodas, colchones viejos y gastados por el uso, camas super ruidosas. Ni hablar de la mugre que había debajo de ellas. Ademas pagamos el desayuno (carísimo) que supuestamente era “buffet” y fue super escaso. Cero responsabilidad con sus huéspedes. UN ASCO

L’hôtel le plus stylé de Madrid. Déco sympa, équipe adorable (Noa, Alejandro, vous êtes super)… et un baby foot en libre service ! Le tout en plein cœur du quartier LGBT, à deux pas de Gran Via. Seuls bémols : la literie n’est pas bonne et je pense que quelques punaises de lit y ont élu domicile. C’est peut-être le moment de changer les lits.

Petite suspicion de punaises de lit. Je les comprends, on se sent super bien dans cet hôtel ! La literie n'est pas au top, les lits grincent, c'est peut-être le moment de les changer.

The lighting in the rooms is quite...guarded..? Perhaps it's dependent on the room you get but ours had the sink at the furthest corner from the window and so the only light was one straight above the mirror - it was quite difficult if one wanted to use it for makeup for example (so I'd recommend bringing your own small mirror that you could use by the window). Also the showers have a eco-feature (love that!) that means that you have to push a button every 10 seconds to have water (don't love that!) - not the end of the world, but would be nice if the time was a bit longer :)

Encontré muchas chinches en mi cuarto y me picaron 5 veces Ya no pude cambiarme de hotel por qué fue en la madrugada. Estoy esperando que me devuelvan mi dinero. El reembolso Pero falta que me paguen la afectacion física y psicológica. Tengo los vídeos de las chinches arriba de mi cama y en las paredes. En espera de su respuesta El video no lo puedo enviar. Está lleno de chinches. Nunca me imaginé que pudieran haber tantos chinches en los colchones. El hostal está lleno de chinches, se ven en los colchones y te pican de forma agresiva. Pensabamos que eran mosquitos que nos picaban por la noche, pero vimos que nuestros colchones estaban llenos de chiches. Al personal no se le ocurre otra cosa que cambiar a los chientes de las habitaciones que tienen chinches a otras, y asi llenaron el hostel de chinches, una decisión muy "inteligente" para eliminar la plaga que tienen. Un hostel infestado de chinches!!! Evitalo si puedes.

Bedbugs...the bed was broken...unprofessionalism. Upon leaving, they told me I had not paid...an hour later they confirmed that I had paid...be careful.

You can hear everything going on in the hallways. You can see across into other rooms. Breakfast was decent (donut, coffee, juice, tea, fruit, and bread) but the best thing was the cake. You have to hold the button down for the shower or sink because it will just turn off on you. They have lockers to put your stuff in. Some beds have bed bugs. Most beds feels uneasy climbing into/off of it. Hotel staff is nice though. Safety is 3/5 because it's off a street that has a bunch of people.

La atención del chico de recepción fue buena, muy amable, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, pero me lleve la terrible sorpresa de que había CHINCHES, en mi cama, fui avisar y solo me dijeron que cambiaran sábanas, lo cual no supe si si hicieron, solo encontré tendida mi cama, de igual manera esa misma noche volvieron a salir, no se de donde, afortunadamente ya sólo iba a pasar esa noche ahí, pero me arruinaron Madrid, ya que tuve que lavar ropa y demás, por un poco más de precio, encuentras en esa misma zona, me ofrecieron desayuno de compensación pero yo salía ese día a las 6am

Me quede en una litera en la parte de abajo, me picotearon una noche pensé que fueron moscos y eran CHINCHES, busquen otro lugar
