+ Its a cute house like property. We had tow rooms upstairs and it has kitchen bathroom and another bed downstairs. Beds were confy enough. Pillows so so. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us lots if good tips

- O banheiro fica na parte de baixo e a escada por ser de madeira faz muito barulho ao pisarmos.

+ We had a nice apartment with a separate bedroom and living area with large table and cooking facilities. Everything is very well kept and organized. It was very clean , comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of hot water. We had some laundry washed and dried very quickly for a reasonable price. The family running it were very nice and helpful. Shout out to Matteo and his abuelos.

+ Very nice, clean apartment. Very comfortable. In a quiet residential neighbourhood. Owner communicated well and provided inexpensive laundry service.

- Only that, as location was a fair way out of town, there were no amenities such as shops, restaurants anywhere nearby.

+ Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Host was friendly.

- estaba un poco lejos del centro, aunque Ushuai es pequeño y los UBER son muy baratos

+ De tudo... São atenciosos, gentis e cordiais. O quarto sempre limpo. Os serviços constantes. A acomodação impecável: tem tudo o que foi preciso na estadia. Embora o câmbio não esteja favorável para os brasileiros, neste momento, houve um bom custo benefício.

+ The owner could not have been nicer. The large, well-appointed room could not have been cleaner. And the location relative to the airport could not have been closer. A great value.

+ Excelente atencion, excelente lugar prolijo y limpio, esta muy bien ubicado y hay lugar para estacionar. Muy recomendable.

+ La ubicación es lo mejor, alejado del centro pero no tanto, con vista excelente a los picos nevados. El personal de recepción muy muy atentos, lo que destaca mucho. Totalmente recomendable.
