Poor service never agreed to give me a refund bad quality without air conditioning and they saying that everything was fixed with the app instead of with them directly
The staff is super friendly. But the walls are very thin and the hallways carry sound with an echo, making it very hard to sleep. The lights in the hall are also automatically turn on with motion, making it even harder to fall back asleep. The bathroom smelled like mold and the towels had stains.
Loud. We left after the first day and forfeited the reserved four additional days. I do not recommend staying in this area. Hotel room itself was okay.
Great location, the room we had was a good size. Old hotel, the room was a little warm but had a fan.
This hostel is near the Zócalo and in safe area. Staff is friendly, rooms are basic but clean. Beds and shower are good!

Me encantó el lugar
O hotel é muito bem localizado, menos de 5 minutos de estação de metrô no Centro da Cidade do México, próximos a comercios e de fácil acesso a pontos turísticos. Excelente atendimento Pretendo me hospedar outras vezes nele.
