Hostal los Chamos

+ Nada por que no pudimos hospedarnos, resulta que la tarjeta qué agregamos debíamos cambiarla, y no teníamos Internet. Cuando llegamos al lugar le explique a la persona que nos atendió, y que andábamos con niños, aún así no le importó y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar eran las 6 pm . Gracias a Dios encontramos un lugar , muy cómodo y más cerca de la playa. Creo que deberían de ser más condescendientes ya que íbamos con niños pequeños, y éramos de otro país, no eramos locales ..

- Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was very disappointing, mainly because of the manager. He was extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in the guests at all. Basic customer service appears to be completely unknown to him—his response to my complaint was simply, “You can leave if you don’t like it.” When I arrived, I was told that card payment was not possible and that I had to pay in cash, even though the property description clearly states that cards are accepted. This was very inconvenient and misleading. I would not recommend this place, primarily due to the manager’s attitude and lack of understanding of hospitality and how to treat guests. The breakfast was very basic, consisting only of a plain pancake and coffee. The shower in the private room also looked quite shady and poorly maintained. Overall, I strongly suggest booking somewhere else—there are plenty of places where guests are actually welcomed and treated with respect.

+ El personal es amable. Pero lo estropea todo las reglas de las toallas. Nos cobran un dolar por limpiarla cada dia, por una habitacion pequeña que pagamos 40$. Eso nos parece muy cutre por parte del hotel. Solo el personal es bueno.

- No aceptan tarjeta. El desayuno es un pancake cutre y quimico. La habitacion es pequeña. LO PEOR LAS TOALLAS. No te reponen las toallas cada dia, te hacen pagar 1 dolar para limpiarlas, y no solo eso te piden 10$ por el deposito.

+ Le personnel était très accueillant et l’emplacement est très bien La cuisine est très bien équipé

+ La amabilidad del personal es increíble, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Una experiencia muy bonita

- Leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend. Es war leider Schimmel im Bad erkenntlich, die Zimmer waren zu heiß und hatten teils kein Mückengitter. Außerdem gab es einen Vorfall, bei dem ein Mann im Aufenthaltsbereich kekokst und sich zwei Mädchen unwohl gefühlt haben. Trotz Nachfrage hat der Owner nichts dagegen getan, was wir für die Atmosphäre sehr schade fanden. Sind dann auch eher abgehauen, als geplant

+ The Beach is on the corner... amazing!!!... it is so secure ... and is is a good place to just go to the bed and sleep... place there are great.... small but clean place...

- Las camas un poco rústicas, y espacio algo reducido incluso siendo una habitación doble

+ Pretty basic facilities hostel, the location and the staff are great

- Only cold water, poor breakfast

- Beaucoup de locaux dans l'établissement donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. J'aurais aimé être averti avant la location.
