Just some few things could be good to change like the bed matress and check just to see if there is bed bugs. I got after this night here and another night at another hostek some bite marks in my skin. I think it would be very important to check it out asap so that it can be taken care of in case it was this hostel. But overall a great place to stay and would go again.

Really nice staff and ok location. Only a 20 min walk from the airport. Biggest downside is that there was bedbugs and I am nnow covered in bites. Nice vibe but would not go back.

I inspected the mattress by lifting it and I could see a build up of dust all around the bed frame, this wasn’t very appealing and I was worried about having bed bugs attack me.

Overall a good stay, loved that they had laundry and lots of food options as well as convenient location. My big complaints are no bed curtains and I did get bitten by something in the night (hopefully not bed bugs) so in general could have been cleaner and better beds but I think I’d still go back the atmosphere was great and staff were amazing. They just need a deep clean and add curtains.

Only thing I didn’t like is that I don’t think the beds are cleaned as often as I’d of liked I left yesterday and woke up covered in bed bug bites from head to toe

I noticed some bed bugs

Had to rent a room before an early flight. Found a bed bug in the room after 10 minutes in it, making impossible to sleep in it. The establishment did not provide us anything in return, no other room or any solution. We had to wait in the lobby until 4am to leave to the airport. Worst they refused to repay the room saying the bed bug came with us. This is deplorable

Where do I start first thing I thought it was value for money but its not everything is over priced and there is a charge on literally everything 4 euro a day to rent a towel yes rent 🤔 beds are never changed during your stay I was there 3 days I also got bitten by bed bugs wasn't pleasant also to top the I also go covid 19 from the place I was sharing in a 6 bed dorm I can't understand why they allowed someone so sick to sleep in with everything crazy toilets were disgusting soap dispenser didn't even work no toiletries provided what's so ever I'm actually surprised I wasn't bill for using the toilet roll the food was terrible very poor quality at such a high price so I'd honestly skip this place and go for something else you think the price is fair put when you add everything up its really not plus trying to sleep there isn't going to happen so bring ear plugs beside the noise in the room the noise of the rd its very bad too plus its cashless I always like to have a choice just to many cons about this place

I stayed in this hostel 5 nights and was really disappointed. Reasons are: 1) Misleading description on their booking.com initial page First of all, on their booking.com profile page they don't mention check-in is at 3pm. So imagine the discomfort when I arrived at 9:30 am after travelling all night, and they told me to wait 5 1/2 hrs, paying 3 euros to have each bag kept safe! When I pointed out that it's not really fair they don't mention this policy customers prior to booking, one of the girls at reception insisted it was listed. As you can see from the screenshot, they don't mention it.. they only mention it on page 3, after you've put in all your details, and it's easy to miss if you book in a hurry. I wasn't the only customer who had this issue. And anyway, this was just the start... 2) Possible bedbugs and insufficient customer service Two of the girls who stayed with me in room 211 said they got bitten by bedbugs (photos below). Management refused to change their rooms that same night, and told them to Rebook another bed if they wanted to move. The next day they got a room change, but reception sent two new people to sleep in those same beds!! They claimed to have had pest control in; but when asked to provide a certificate by the pest company stating they had been there, reception weren't able to/interested in providing any. 3) Understaffed They are often understaffed so queues at reception and bar are quite long. 4) Rats in the garden See picture below… pretty self explanatory. 5)Expensive extra charges If you stay here because it's cheap, keep in mind they have loads of extra charges. For example, I forgot to give they key at check out, and returned it on the same day... they are trying to charge my 5 euros for this, even though the year before I also had forgotten the key (that's what happened when you sleep badly :) ) and they didn't charge me anything even though I returned it one week later... I always tend to make the same mistake twice... I know I probably won't be going back a third time unless there is a significant change. The location is really good, so it's a shame the management's mentality is so commercial.

Extremely loud, barely slept a wink due to inconsiderate dorm sharers (obviously not the fault of the hostel). The street noise carried really loudly through the window and there were mosquitos biting all night. Also got approx. 20 bites all over my legs, pretty sure from bed-bugs.
