Kiwi International Hotel

I been in this hotel in midnight and really worst experience in my life,they required my debit card information and guy on reception really bad behaviour with us,No blanket in the room when I called him for blanket he said just turn on your heater or comedown and get blanket.even bad is not clean might be if you going to stay in this hotel definitely you getting bed bugs,also they charged 20$ for parking,this really rude,if you’re going to stay in this hotel,all the best

BED BUGS. TWICE. I stayed here in July last year and got bed bugs, thought I’d take a lucky chance this time around and sure enough, bed bugs. I was on the bottom floor this time, last time near the top. The whole place must be crawling with them. Don’t stay here. The bathroom light also blew within 5 minutes of getting there, receptionist “fixed” it… no. No light in the bathroom for the whole stay. Location is good though.

Location definitely perfect💯 U can go anywhere n it's central but the room n the service.. Fair We found bed bug tho 😆😆😆

Bed bugs.

If there was an option to give a review lower than 1star I would. I've never stayed in a more disgusting place in my life. Wasn't expecting much but honestly it's not even worth the little you pay for it. Room didn't even have a bin, toilet seat was broken, fridge didn't work, tv showed picture but the sound was just all static, the electrical sockets were coming out of the wall, it stunk like cigarettes and I'm sure the beds are made out of haybails. I also have bits around my ankle and leg which suggests to me bed bugs. Gross. The worst part was the car park was full so we were told to park in the building across the road, next morning we were locked out of the car park building and told it would not reopen until Monday 7am. Reception at Kiwi were no help at all. We ended up having to google the Australian based security company who gave us a code to unlock it. Kiwi staff were rude and unapologetic.
