They canceled my booking 5 hours up front and said they will cancel the booking. I never received a refund
Hostel wurde Überbucht und das wurde einem dann kurz davor an der Türe mitgeteilt.
Hostel was Überbucht and this was announced to someone shortly before at the door.

I was contacted the same day by this establishment to tell me that they were full. I was additionally charged the amount of the accommodation fee. I contacted the support without suite. I am disappointed with the service and I do not recommend it.
they overbooked using another booking software, meaning no beds were available when I arrived, and I was told to find an alternative on the spot
i hope nobody falls for these pictures it is a s*** hostel the beds keep cracking and everything is very small and u have no lockers no space and the bathrooms are awful
When I arrived at the hostel with my booking the receptionist said the hostel was full and they had to relocate me to a different one. The hostel I got relocated in was ugly and very old, there was no bed sheets or towels and it was quite dirty. The shared dorm was very basic and the door didn’t close so temperature dropped at night. The receptionist didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate. The atmosphere there wasn’t either good so I decided to leave after one night.
Nous n avons pas séjourné dans cet hôtel. Il n était absolument pas conforme aux photos et aux notes visualisées sur internet. Les dortoirs : 4 lits superposés dans moins de 10 mètres carrés, la porte reste ouverte en permanence. Pas de sécurité pour nos affaires et sensation d étouffement. Propreté douteuse... Nous n avons pas visité les sanitaires. Le rooftop : absence de vue. L aménagement semble dater de bien longtemps. Pas de climatisation L accueil a été assez ...
We did not stay in this hotel. It was absolutely not in accordance with the photos and the notes viewed on the internet. The dormitories : 4 beds superimposed in less than 10 square meters, the door remains permanently open. No security for our belongings and a sense of suffocation. Doubtful cleanliness... We did not visit the toilets. The rooftop: lack of view. The layout seems to date from a long time ago. No air conditioning L the welcome was quite friendly
Very disappointing. On arrival we couldn't seem to raise reception, even after calling them, and had to wait in another hotel to get let in by another guest. The staff member who checked us in was rude and the facilities at the hostel were nasty in general. Nothing looked like the photos. There was also absolutely no atmosphere. I've stayed in a lot of hostels but we felt this one was so bad that we decided to leave after a few hours and stay elsewhere. Avoid this one!
mon dortoir minuscule : 10 personnes entassées dans une petite piece en longueur tres etroite : aucune place pour poser son sac ou ses affaires: pas une chaise : tres inconfortable: les douches : 2 pour la totalité du riad: peinture grise ,ancienne et tres tres moche sur les murs de la douche : prendre sa douche vite debit eau chaude insuffisante: 3 fois eau tiede à coté des 2 douches: un seul petit miroir pour tout le monde faire la queue: petit dej non inclus ,meubles sales vieux
my tiny dorm room: 10 people crammed into a small piece three-and-a-half lengths long: no place to put your bag or belongings: no chair: three uncomfortable: showers: 2 for the entire riad: grey paint, old and three three ugly on the shower walls: take a quick shower debit insufficient hot water: 3 times water tied next to the 2 showers: one small mirror for everyone to queue in: small old not included ,furniture sales
One of the most disappointing hostel experiences I ever had.

I don't usually write reviews, however this hostel is a fantastic place to stay while in Marrakech. Great value for your money, comes with a filling breakfast, comfy beds and the best hostel worker/manager who is so lovely to spend time with. It's not noisy, and it is simultaneously a nice social space to meet people and to just rest. Over the week or so that I stayed here, I met lots of really interesting & friendly people. The location is pretty good. Also, there's a cat! She is very adorable.
The hostel room was lovely and felt so safe and the rooftop is such a nice place to hangout. It’s right by the souks which is great if you love shopping but also there are great restaurants nearby. The host Eunice was such a great host and very helpful, even came to the rooftop to play cards with us. Great stay if your in Morocco #alquadverified
Hostel is in a great location, staff is super kind and helpful . Very good value for money . Bathroom was basic but worked shower consistently had hot water. Nice rooftop to chill out on . Definitely not super lively or social but overall not bad at all. Like I said, kind staff, clean facilities, perfect location !
Prima hostel voor wat je betaalt, met name Younes bedankt! Er vallen nog wat puntjes te behalen door te investeren in een iets betere toilet/douche voorziening.

The place is quite small and would be better suited as an Airbnb rather than a hostel. For the first night, the payment is processed automatically, but for the remaining balance, they insist on cash. This is inconvenient, as the tax is normally handled between the hostel and Hostelworld, but paying in cash means you end up covering currency exchange costs yourself. Also, there is a cat inside the hostel.
Sehr gute Erfahrung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Hostel war sauber, gemütlich und gut organisiert. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt 😊 Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und ideal, um andere Reisende kennenzulernen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder 👍
Very good experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hostel was clean, cozy and well organized. The rooms are comfortable and you feel right at home. The location is perfect, everything is quickly reachable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always good gelaunt 😊 The atmosphere is pleasant and ideal to meet other travelers. I can only recommend it and would be happy to come back 👍
Great stay! Cute place, well kept. A little challenging to find at first, but in a great location for exploring the Medina. Host is very kind and helpful! Comfortable rooms and decent bathrooms. Overall, a great experience!
I’m a frequent visitor of Boho Hostel and every time it feels like coming home. Youness is a great host and makes the best Moroccan mint tea! The hostel is very cozy, it’s easy to connect with other people and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!!
Very sweet hostel in the heart of Marrakesch!! :)
Pros: Cheap accommodation in a great location. The staff were friendly albeit a bit absent. Cons: We booked 2 beds. On arrival we were told that the hostel was overbooked and one of us had to sleep in a spare, very uncomfortable, bed in another worse hostel down the road. Not much communal chill space, albeit this was exacerbated by heavy rain.

I think it's a good hotel with cheap and minimal amenities, if you compromise on location to some extent.Dmitry has some experience staying here, and if you want to save money, you can use this hotel to get to the center quite cheaply by indrive or bus.

Bunk beds squized next to each other, there was no space to leave your staff. On the website it said there are security lockers which was important factor for me while choosing a hostel, but it turned out they are not available. Last morning I wanted to have a shower before leaving for a Toubkal trek and the showers didn't work, there was no electricity on the whole rooftop, the staff said they can't do anything about it. There are better places you can stay at.
El hostal está súper cerquita de la plaza. El chico del hostal, Younsse, es súper simpático, es el mejor. La señora de la limpieza es súper atenta con los detalles. Todo genial!
The hostel is super close to the square the hostel guy, Younsse, is super nice, he's the best the cleaning lady is super attentive to details everything is great

The owner is really kind and makes you feel welcome straight away together with his lovely cat. The beds, toilets and (warm) showers were what you can expect from a hostel, great bit of course not a 5 star hotel. The location was really good and we felt safe to go back even at night because there was a lot of light on the way there. I would definitely return this hostel for the good quality/price ratio and the amazing owner!
