Orussey One Hotel & Apartment

If I could go back in time and yell at myself not to book this hotel I would. I dont even know where to begin. Firstly, we booked the executive room with the massive curved window to see the city view. This was the biggest reason I booked this hotel over others I was looking at. The city view was terrible, in the photo on booking.com you can see buildings lights, in real life its just a black window. This might not seem like a big deal, but it was 90% of the reason why I booked here, and paid more for an 'executive" room over a basic one. Next, the photo of the bathroom for the executive room on booking.com is fake. The bathroom in the room was much older, run down, mouldy and had zero resemblence to the photo online. When I brought up both of these issues with staff they said about the window "ok. we dont have any available rooms facing the better city view, sorry maybe try again tomorrow." and the response to the bathroom- "oh yeah its just a different decoration not a different room." when I called this out, they changed the story and said "oh okay, well its because the bathroom in your room has been renovated, so the photo on the booking app is the old bathroom. we have no rooms with those bathrooms" I told them that was not okay, and they need to change the photos to being the real photos of the room so people are aware of what they are paying for. This is not ok and i dont know how the hotel is getting away with it? its false advertising, and upon calling it out I thought the staff would care more, maybe offer a resolution to the obvious unhappiness but they didnt do anything. After this, I saw a bug inside the robe in the room, it looked like a bed bug.

A ÉVITER! DANGEUREUX! Sur le principe l’hôtel est bien situé, cependant les installations sont datées. Nous avons eu peur du risque de nuisibles à cause des avis google. Nous avons retrouvé le soir même d’arrivé une blatte et un cadavre de punaise de lit dans un meuble. Nous ne savons pas s’il en existe encore mais il existait des blattes dans les parties communes. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité moyenne. Je n’aurai pas posté cet avis si la gestion du transport n’était pas aussi dangereuse. Nous avons réservé un van pour aller à Siem Reap (15 dollar par personne) : ceintures cassées, sièges crasseux, aucun personnel anglophone. L’horaire de départ n’a pas été respecté et nous avons été changé dans Phnom Penh une fois pour aller dans un van où nous étions entassés avec d’autres voyageurs non touristes. La conduite du van a été dangereuse et a occasionné un accident sévère et j’ai été blessé à l’épaule. Apres avoir été changé une nouvelle fois de véhicule pour intégrer un bus, nous avons été déposés en centre ville de Siem Reap sans explication sans excuse. Aucun geste commercial par l’hôtel par ailleurs.
