- No me gustó nada, el apartamento no estaba limpio así como el baño. En la salita antes de entrar a la habitación había sillones roñosos y muy viejos. La mesa rota, ni un basurero encuentras una mesa como esa. En la habitación no había calefaccion, no funcionaba y nos propueso cambiarnos a otra habitación que estaba peor. Las camas muy incómodas y para cubrirnos una manta roñosa. Me parece una falta de respeto que alquilen habitaciones en esas condiciones.

- - Moisissure sur les murs - Frigo immonde et jaune - Rideau qui laisse passer entièrement la lumière du jour (la chambre est éclairée à partir de 06h05 - Trou sous la porte donc zéro isolation - Notre serviette qui était étendue sur l’étendoir a disparu - Lit tenu par un parpaing, lattes cassées, tête de lit en moquette très sale - Fourmis dans la chambre - Draps de lit troué - Chambre qui donne sur la cour donc on était observées par un homme - Pas de serviettes pour les pieds et les mains dans la salle de bain - Deux vis sont tombés quand j’ai ouvert la porte de la douche Bref je vous déconseille fortement ce logement qui est extrêmement cher pour la qualité du service !

- Everything! Terrible place to stay, and not worth what we payed for. Mold in the bathroom plus it was smelly and slightly dirty. Bed frames were missing wooden panels (on which mattresses are placed). Surely this cannot be safe! Blankets were missing. We were given sheets instead. In the room we had some warmer quilts (or something like that) but they were placed on the cabinet that was far away from clean so we didn’t dare to take them. Especially because there were no bed covers available.Place is on the busy road with cars, buses, bikes passing by creating a lot of noise until late hours. The lamp from the ceiling was a bit loose or not attached property so it also felt unsafe.
- This was one of the worst accommodations I’ve stayed in. While the location was passable, the property itself was in extremely poor condition. It had a strong, unpleasant smell that hit me the moment I walked in, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. The setup of the space was strange and uncomfortable, and I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. It was not at all what was promised or expected. I highly advise against booking this place. It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would never stay here again.

- the structure was truly terrible, starting from the nauseating smell that you could smell as soon as you entered. the structure is described as having a terrace and a sea view but neither of them are present. the bed was uncomfortable for the most part you had to make it yourself. the dirty walls, mold on the walls and the bathroom was the most absurd thing I have ever seen. a truly acrid smell, no toilet paper, mold all over the ceiling so much so that it seemed like someone had almost died on the floor above. if you have to stay in dubrovnik ask for 10/20 euros more and don't make the same mistake I did because you will bitterly regret it

Best location for the old town but a very long way to walk from the bus station. Room was nice enough with line dried sheets (lovely) and the bathroom was clean. 3 bed dorm worked fine as the other 2 roommates were great. No way to make the bed private but again it was ok. The host Darko is very nice and did my laundry, so all in all a convenient place to stay.
The place was very impersonal. Poor cooking facilities. My room had 4 beds crammed in a small place. This room was suitable for 2 maximum 3 beds. Fortunately it was not full otherwise space would have been an issue. There was no reception and no one to provide information about the Dubrovnik.

This hostel does not hit the standard required. The place was dirty, towels and sheets were very old, kitchen was not usable and there was a very musty smell. Disappointing.

+ The hostel was very close to the Old Town.
- Very weird vibes, not super clean, and seems to be falling apart. The “kitchen” was super old and quite frankly disgusting. There was absolutely no reception or any employees on site and a simple code was the way to get into the building which could be easily guessed by anyone. The beds were very old and mine was concave in towards the middle. It was a cheap stay but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a clean secure place to lay your head.

Very disgusting inside, smells like mold and looks like it’s never been cleaned before, anyone can get into the facility and no locks on any of the doors. No workers are ever there so no one to answer questions, the only communication was via WhatsApp. Nothing more than a bed in a good location but if you value cleanliness and basic security this is not your place. Kitchen is nothing more than a tiny alcove with a stove top that’s never been cleaned. Not worth it.

Hostel Villa Garden has a great location close to the Pile gate of Dubrovnik Old Town, so easy walking distance. Was first given a room on the ground floor, a bit too close to the road. However the next day got a room in a small house at the back of the garden which was excellent as it was quiet, and was just next to the garden. Good Mix of people. Do recommend you WhatsApp Darko on +385 91 544 5395, on the same day you are arriving, that way he can pass you all the details for how to enter.
I have stayed here for 5 days, and will return for a few days with my sister after cruise. My host was very accommodating, and helpful with any questions. Speaks good English. Room were clean , and beds are comfortable. On Main Street to old town, only 5 minute walk. Location is excellent. 👍
