Sevilla Dream Hostel

Muy mala la atención, en cuanto a calidad de aseo, en las habitaciones los colchones en malas condiciones (sucios) y las sábanas con chinches.

Absolutely hated it. Felt awful for booking it and having my friends stay here. I would never recommend this hostel. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hostel never answered my email about check in that I sent over one week in advance. When I booked it the reviews were around 9 stars and when we arrived the reviews had all been taking off except a few that left it at 5.4 stars and the website did not inform us of this. The other lady staying in our room experienced the exact same review change so I can confirm I did not just make a mistake booking. There is only 2 toilets available. There is never any toilet paper. The showers do not have consistent hot water of pressure. The listing is misleading as there is no café, and the rooftop Terrance was not open. The door entering our room was SO SQUEAKY it was unlike anything we had ever heard- you could hear the door open from across the hostel through a closed door. The beds were super squeaky. The credit card machine would not work. There were only two keys available for a 4 bed dorm. The price we had to pay upon arrival was more than we were originally quoted by the website. The blankets they give you are terrible (even though we saw they had nice duvets in cupboards). It is SO COLD in that hostel. It is not clean, it does not feel clean. I was actually stressed about bed bugs, however thankfully we did not have any. Not the hostels fault, but one night there was a group of older men who were belligerently drunk in the common area and bothering us to the point we left to eat in our room and one man actually followed us down the hall (in front of the staff) and we had to lock our door from the inside to feel safe. They also blatantly water down the hand soap, we could not believe it- it wouldn't even get soapy unless you pumped 4 times. We have been travelling for three months and this is the absolute worst hostel we have ever experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE.

BED BUGS!!! As of today, a terrible infestation in room 1. They don't wash the heavy blankets and when they do, they aren't using the appropriate chemicals. They were going to switch us to another room and continue to book out room 1. I'm currently covered head to disgusting bites....

Bed bugs! Cuidado hay chinches en las camas! Les dije en recepción y me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, junto con mis compañeros matamos a las que vimos, eran muchas nos dio mucho asco y no podíamos dormir por la angustia. Los cuartos sucios, cucarachas, baños malolientes y sin papel. El peor alojamiento en el que he estado.
