BED BUGS :( i had bed bugs in my top bunks, with photos of the bugs, and bites, and 1 of the 2 volunteers told me it was not their problem, and that he just wanted to drink better and smoke cigarettes at 9am, and the other volunteer was also frustrated but couldn't do anything more and said they don't do refunds. this was almost completely men as i was one of 2 other women, and the other boys in my room were also so frustrated and bitten, i hate leaving bad reviews, but this was rough :(

We got bedbugs while staying there. We have tried to get a refund, but have unfortunately only been met with non constructive responses.

Bedbugs, bedbugs and more bedbugs. The owner was not helpful at all and took weeks to get in contact with. He refused to give a refund or to even believe we had been bit by bedbugs at all, even though we all woke up with bites all over our body. Will never be returning to this hostel and I suggest everyone else stay far away!
