I got bedbugs, i had to wash and sanitize, and pesticide EVERYTHING i own and then stay at a hotel, I requested a refund through the email the kind receptionist gave me, and I have heard nothing in response

I stayed here for two nights, and I developed rashes around both ankles, possibly from dust mites or bed bugs. At first glance the place looks clean, but although bed sheets are provided, the duvet and pillows are extremely dusty. The sheets themselves are also not hotel-quality, so I suspect the mattress may not be very clean either. The floor also gave the impression that it was not cleaned thoroughly. On the second night, I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet instead, but there were also many mosquitoes and I got bitten repeatedly. The place may not seem bad at first glance, but I would advise future guests to be careful.

I got bitten by a ton of bed bugs on my leg. I’m still scratching today! Some staff were good - some did not even want to be there

The self-check-in didn't work, and I think they had bed bugs because I woke up with red bites on my body, but only 2. If it hadn't been for that, I would have given them 10/10. It's not the type of hostel where you can meet new people and hang out, but a great stay if travelling with friends, family or for work
