+ Close to tour company. 위치는 투어사들이 모여있는 곳과 가까워 편리했음
- It says they provide heating in the room but the room was colder than hallway. I mentioned the heater is not strong enough to make warm the room but they said that’s normal and nothing to do for us. Eventually we woke up in the midnight and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom is very smelly and the shower is weak. Even though the water is warm, weak water drop makes longer shower. It was very disappointed accommodation. 난방이 된다고 했으나 복도보다 방이 더 추웠음. 직원에게 난방이 잘 되지 않는다고 얘기했으니 전혀 도움을 주지 않았음. 화장실에서는 냄새가 나고 샤워물을 조금씩 나와서 샤워가 매우 불편했음. 매우 실망스러운 숙박이었음. 가성비 최악의 숙박이었음
- Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche, Sprungfeder der Matratze bohrt sich in den Rücken, und die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich und unprofessional.

- Las instalaciones muy precarias, las camas incomodas, no había ventilación en el cuarto. Horrible por donde lo mires.

- Ce sont des menteurs, ils m’ont clairement arnaqué sur le prix de ma chambre, ils m’ont fait payé également le prix du petit déjeuner que je n’ai même pas consommé.. Bref surtout ne réservez pas dans cet hostal !

Dishonest pricing practices here. Refuse to take Boliviano's (sorry what country are we in?), only USD, and then the room that was advertised at 114 BOB on here ended up costing nearly $30 USD. Just copped it because it was late in the evening and I'd had a big day of travel, but this is one of those places that absolutely rip you off for crappy accommodation. Spend your money elsewhere, there's much better deals to be had in town for much nicer accomm.
Scam at payment, avoid at all cost Well located and clean, but that's all. Not professional. Beds are super uncomfortable and you can hear everything from outside. Lost my patience when It came to payment. If you reserve online, they will convert the currency of the reservation into boliviano, but they apply their own rate which is 40% higher than the daily rate. Never seen anything like this. Payment by card has an extra fee too. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a currency exchange offi...
到現場辦理入住實際價位跟平台上面寫的完全不一樣，店家堅持要用弟媳會匯率1:10來算波幣，所以最後我損失預訂費

Room was a little cramped and curtains left gaps at the side, but the staff are accommodating and the facilities are clean. Showers take an age to warm up.
+ La atención primaria del jóven que nos recibió fue buena!
- Nos dejaron encerrados por la noche, como treinta minutos sin poder entrar ni salir del hotel. Yo estaba fuere y me sentí realmente muy mal.... nevesitaba entrar. Al llegar la sercretaria se disculpo de paso y ni siquiera nos preguntó como estabamos....yo estaba visiblemente afectada. Si hay una catastrofe o incendio nadie podria salir del hotel...creo que es negligente y criminal. El desayuno de vende como bufet y hasta tiene una foto que dista demasiado con la realidad (no me molesta que el desayuno sea austero.... costo beneficio es acorde, pero la forma que lo promocionan no corresponde.

+ I booked this 4 person room for an afternoon and early evening as 4 of us needed somewhere cheap to relax and clean up before a night bus journey. To be honest it was superb. Large room, en suite bathroom and comfortable. Cards are accepted for payment. It was actually better than a previous more expensive hostel I had stayed in. It's location, 10 minutes walk to the bus station and very near to local restaurants is excellent. I would definitely recommend it. Even though my Spanish is quite poor the staff made communicating easier

+ Gute Unterkunft, aber nichts besonders. Alles war sauber und auch der Service war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

+ La ubicación cerca de agencia de turismo, cerca de la plaza, restaurantes, mercado, bancos, iglesia, paseo peatonal y donde comprar souvenirs, clínicas y farmacias ( sobre todo si estas con mal de altura)
- Que la persona que atendía fuera poco empatica al ver que llegamos insolados y con mal de altura, ya que nos asigno una habitación en el 5° piso ( no tiene ascensor) porque sólo le interesaba vendernos tours y para peor la habitación no tenía ventilación natural, sólo una ventana que daba al pasillo, a las horas después con fiebre tuve que bajar a solicitar cambio de habitación cambiando al 3° piso que tenia terraza y podíamos respirar, lo otro negativo que los baños tienen ducha pero cuando te duchas al no tener receptaculo el agua moja todo el baño, NO tiene aire acondicionado ni frigobar. Hostal NO RECOMENDADO: Sí llegas con mal de altura ó Puna, Sí llegas con insolación, Sí te falta oxígeno por la altura Sí andas con maletas Sí no te gusta subir escaleras Sí no te gusta que te atiendan mal

- Algun cliente habia dejado el baño sucio de hombres
+ ベッドの寝心地が良かった。 スタッフの対応も良く、飼い犬も可愛かった。 場所がアクセスがよく、隣にスーパーがあって便利だった。空港までのタクシーも快く手配してくれた。
- 電気が付かなかった。 シャワーと手洗い場の水圧が弱かった。 鳩の巣が窓の近くにあり、糞がたくさんで窓を開けることもできなかった。
+ ロケーションがよくて、スタッフが親切だった。
- シャワーが、、熱いお湯は出るけど シャワーヘッドが悪く足まで温まらなかったのが辛かった。
+ Wi-Fi sehr gut, Bettwäsche sauber, fußläufig vom Busbahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants in der Nähe vorhanden, Frühstück sehr gut, obwohl die Brötchen immer trocken waren
- Fernbedienung vom Fernseher wurde nicht ausgehändigt, gegen 2:00 Uhr nachts Lärm von der Straße, weil dort Müll abgelagert wurde und die Hunde sich um die Essensreste balgten, Wasser in der Dusche hätte wärmer sein können, auf der Männertoillette tagelang keine Seife zu finden, Hostel akzeptiert kein bolivianisches Geld
